+A.I. What hatake said indeed but be sure that your diet is in order. Eat enough of the good things and a little crap for good motivation. If you can't or aren't familiar with cooking food differently use spices. Always use spices. :D
Dude knows his stuff. Like he said though you gotta take what works for you. I did his 2 week photo shoot ready plan. Hardest 'diet' I've ever done. But it worked. Kinda upset he didn't keep it real about LL cool J. Everyone knows he roided up to get that big and lean.

Anytime you see an athlete that gets better as they age, especially late 30's inot 40's.. it's time for everyone to take the blinders off and stop believing it's the supplements that's doing it. More like TRT and other good stuff that you can't buy from Vitamin Shopp
