I'm an ACL + menicus 4 weeks post surgery lady. For the whole 4 weeks I was advised by my doctors to keep my brace on and leg extended. Now, it's bending time, and it's sooooo painful. But God is great. Videos like yours are amazing. Helpful. I can't weight bear until next two weeks, and I can't activate my quads until 2 more months. It's a journey, I must say, but I'm relaozing more and more that each person's journey is truly different.

Honestly can’t thank you enough for your videos on your recovery - they have helped me so much in this difficult journey. I’ve watched them several times each for reassurance. Currently on second week post op for ACL and meniscus bucket handle tear. Still have pain, but like you said after day 10 it gets way better esp when I can start sleeping on my sides. Also, u are very courageous in how you get around on your own. I wasn’t able to do that. Always need my mother or husband to move around.

I've been following your videos. They have been really helpful. I have even become your fun. I admire how you have so much outdoor activities to engage in. I'm at day 29 after Acl + meniscus. I won't be able to bear weight until week 6. So that's a bummer. But i've been borrowing some of your exercises since PT isn't as regular as yours. But i have improved a lot. I'm not able to stay without the brace like you do. I feel so vulnerable when i remove it. So i've been wearing it throughout. Long story short, you've made the journey less scary and more comfortable.

Hi! I had ACL and both menisci repaired 6 weeks ago. I have apparently a very “aggressive” rehab protocol. Partial weight bearing (30 kg) from the start. After 3 weeks my surgeon allowed me to walk without crutches. After 3,5 weeks first 25 km ride with my gravel bike. 6 weeks after daily bike rides 40-50 km with painless knee. There is only some swelling left. Hope that you have fully recovered! All the best 💪

I tore only my ACL and used the hamstring graft. I am on day 20 today and i can bend my knee and then pull it a little farther and my heel is about 3-4 inches away from my butt. Feeling really good about the knee bends. I am supposed to keep the knee brave locked straight when i am up moving around, but if go shirt distances, i leave it on but unlocked and i seem to be walking pretty normal minus a very slight limp. I can even walk without the brace ( not recommended ) pretty good but with a noticeable limp. Doing exercises 3 times a day and it has been going pretty good. I still have a little swelling right above my knee. I can stand on the leg by itself without the brace. I go see the Dr again July 21st for an xray to see if all is good for e to start going to PT. I think i am ready now, but i will follow his orders.
