Very helpful toward moving away from the fucked up zone, a place I try not to visit, except on rare occasions, that stress me out...I try to believe most human suffering is optional, this is only a theory of mine. A mind is a terrible thing to endure if it's spaced out with fear, resentment, anger or worse, at least this is my experience. So what is the solution to this pollution? This Stoic teaching will mitigate issues and promote clearer thinking all useful to any person.
