im 18 and just got a jim morrison tattoo a few months ago.. ive always felt that ive had an old soul.. i love all 50-70’s music. youll rarely find me listening to anything newer.. i collect vinyl, cassette, cd and VHS. the doors will always hold a special place in my heart.

Imagine if the Beatles had done just one more small tour in late '68, around Christmas/New Year's, performing old stuff and several from their just released White Album. If they had had the amp stacks like the Doors display here and realized that the screaming girls had settled down a bit over the past 2 years, they could have put on one hell of a show. I mean, their rooftop concert was at the end of January, 1969, for example.
