Super nice sounds. Congrats. Any modifications were required? Or, just plug and play type simple installation was needed? I bought a S6 C5 a couple of months ago and am looking for a exhaust system upgrade with Milltek. So, I contacted Milltek and they said an exhaust for the RS6 wouldn’t fit on a regular S6 C5. Also, did you still have the stock catalysts and stock downpipes untouched in this video? Because, my government strictly prohibit cat deletes. I really appreciate if you give me some advise on the Milltek you installed on your car.
Cats are deleted, vibrant resonators are in their place. The pipes are huge for the rs6 exhaust. You’ll have to have a muffler shop mate them to your mid pipes after the transmission tunnel, or else you will have them rattling a lot. Otherwise the mufflers bolt up just fine. You’ll need the rs6 rear bumper or cut out the s6 bumper to fit the tips. S6 down pipes don’t have pre cats because there isn’t enough space. My stock cats were rattling, which is a common issue. That’s why I deleted them.
It’s the standard atlas grey metallic, and the tint film on the tail lights is from metro restyling that I put on there. Just enough to smoke it a little bit.
Sorry I didn’t see the comment! I bought the milltek for around $1100, then had the muffler shop mate it to the resonators I had put in prior, so all in around $1300 or so.
