Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • If you like chocolate chip cookies but trying to eat healthier, this recipe is for you: oatmeal banana chocolate chip cookies. They are soft, easy to make and delicious! Great alternative for the classic cookies.

    Ingredients:
    2 Large Bananas, ripe
    1/2 cup (120g) Nut butter
    2 cups (180g) Oatmeal
    1/3 cups Chocolate chips
    1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
    Makes about 18 cookies
    Directions:
    1. preheat oven to 350F (180C), line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
    2. Peel the bananas, place in a large bowl and mash. Add nut butter and mix well.
    3. Add oats, baking soda, chocolate chips and mix until combined.
    4. Scoop out a portion of the batter into the baking sheet. Press to create a cookie shape and add few chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
    5. Bake for 10-12 min, or until golden on the edges.
    6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

    This is one of the best healthy recipe made with oats. i made it yesterday. and this is way much better and delicious than I ever expected. Its really awesome. and best for someone who lose weight, to try some healthy sweets like this. Pleasee make more recipes like this.

    5. Asse por 10-12 minutos ou até dourar nas bordas.
    6. Deixe esfriar por 10 minutos antes de servir.

    How to store it n how long does it keep for in fridge or container?

      Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5-6 days.
      You also can freeze them for 2-3 month's.

      Obviously peanut butter and almond butter has different flavor.

      You can store the cookies in the fridge for 4-5 days. You also can freeze them for 2-3 month.

      @shrividhyakaruppaiya6616 okay i looked up the recipe i used which is just banana,oats and cinnamon (and i add peanut butter too) and it says jts good for 3 months in the freezer, u just wait for them to thaw, BUT since i make it for an infant i do 2 months max
