A quick walk around, ‘92 Ascent EX in Neon Green Splatter. Full double-butted True Temper AVR frame and fork. This bike is a Large (19.5”) frame. Shimano LX groupset (with Tioga bb and headset). Everything is original in the video except for modern Tektro 720 cantilevers, chain, cables/housings, modern grips and saddle, and new Panaracer tires. Complete restoration/preservation.

I've got one in bright blue, same size too. Thinking about converting it to a gravel bike. I love to the sound effects of the gravel as you walk around the bike!

I recently found this exact frame in the same colour , it was nearby a few dumpsters in a parking lot, unfortunately it had a snapped chainstay tube although I was able to salvage a mint Made in Japan Shimano sealed bb, some budget 1X suntour cranks & a Kona Project 2 straight fork, funniest thing is it had a California registration plate that expired in 1995…meanwhile I’m way up north in Canada , man if bikes could tell stories.

I agree. Some pretty amazing places some bikes have been. Unfortunate about the chainstay, but still a fantastic find. These were cool bikes. As I recall, I sold this frame and fork on eBay. I’m sure it’s been on many new adventures since. Thanks for checking it out and sharing!
