    Can I use this example and print it out and use this towards my workers comp settlement so it does not affect my ssdi. If you do the 80/20 SSDI is that the same thing as hartmon language or is the 80/20 gonna hurt my disability.

    How about if there’s no more treatment being done by company insurance for the injured client, is it right to ask for settlement so the injured client canseek for another treatment on his/her own disposition since no more treatments already done by the company insurance for the injured client?

    • @TheDisabilityDigest

      Hi Merlinda. Yes, if company insurance has stopped providing treatment for an injured client, it may be reasonable to request a settlement. A settlement can allow the injured client to seek further treatment independently, using the settlement funds to cover medical expenses, rehabilitation, or other necessary care. This can be particularly important if the client believes additional treatment is needed, but the company insurance has deemed their case resolved. However, it's crucial for the injured client to consult with a lawyer or legal professional before agreeing to a settlement to ensure that their future medical needs are adequately covered.

      @TheDisabilityDigest  8 месяцев назад +2

      If you get approved for Social Security Disability benefits while your worker's compensation case is still pending, it's important to know that your disability benefits may be affected once you receive a worker's compensation settlement.

    Workmen’s Comp. is offering me I’m a lump sum. I would get 207 thousand dollars after attorney fees can I say this is for the rest of my life because the rest of my life is 25 years this way my Social Security disability won’t go down? I hope you please answer because my lawyer said something about it’s gonna be said that it’s being used for five years and then that was drastically reduced my Social Security disability check but I’ve been seeing attorneys on RUclips saying you could make it for the rest of your life. Is that true, so they would calculate it for 25 years
