Hey thank you for your video, really appreciate what you do, you're an awesome, I wish I knew where I could get a case of those peanuts you love so much I would definitely send them to, have a wonderful day
great video. I remember doing this a year ago and after it randomly falling down again while driving and not using the window I just want to keep it permanetly closed. Going to go 'play' with it, but any tricks would be appreciated from Smitty or any one else.
Unfortunately, it was a customers car. I don't have it. Probably have to loosen the window track and/or pull the track molding to get the new window in. Good luck!
When I hit the button to roll down the window, I only hear a click…. No movement. The window is up… and won’t roll down.. all I hear is a click, like a relay sound… any suggestions?
You will have to lower the whole regulator in the door while attached to the window. You may have to use a wrench and loosen the nuts on the rubber clamps blindly. Good luck!
I've seen too many videos on how to repair. I just want to raise my window and tape it shut. No video ever shows that. I just want to keep the rain out for now. Why isn't there a video that shows you how to raise the window. I've taken everything apart on mine, and now, I stuck with more windows open and can't get them up either.
Buick LeSabre treat regulator added my my list of tools
Ha ha! Great idea

Howcan i find you to fix my car please
if the chords are off the track do i have to replace the whole thing?
If the chords are frayed or bent, just replace the whole thing. $46 Amazon Prime for new regulator with electric motor & power plug connector.
I sure would.
Could you do a video on how to install the glass. My motor is fine. Just need to install a new window.
Unfortunately, it was a customers car. I don't have it. Probably have to loosen the window track and/or pull the track molding to get the new window in. Good luck!
@@Brandonlexx1 thanks, appreciate the tip.
Can you use the motor from a front window for the back window?
I have no idea. Sorry.
When I hit the button to roll down the window, I only hear a click…. No movement. The window is up… and won’t roll down.. all I hear is a click, like a relay sound… any suggestions?
I'd pull the door panel and see if you have power to the regulator. Work backwards from there if not.
wait what if the old one is stuck how do you lower it to get it out?

what if there's no sound who u ty to roll them down
Then it could be a motor, switch or other electrical issue. Worth paying for a diagnosis if you're not sure!

Can't we just go back to roll-em-up-yourself windows? Was it really that hard to do?
Why not change the electric motor at same time? Then it's all new.
Not a bad choice.
