I do love to do cupping I’ve been doing it. Trying to take care of the skin is so important.. I know it’s what we eat and drink that just comes out on the skinLOL drinking lots of water is my little thing!! My mom, grandmother, and aunts all slept on silk pillowcases for the reasons you are talking about. I have some silk pillowcases, need to start using them again maybe.
The best thing I did when I was your age ( I'm 60) is wear liquid foundation w SPF on my face and would always always put same foundation on top of hands. I have no age spots and I have a swimming pool. Thanks for all your tips. You are gorgeous and why don't you have a million subs?? Subscribe y'all!!!!!!!!
