    Good to see you on here again. Always look forward to your Podcast. I enjoy hearing you two together. How couples react with each other is always so interesting to me. I think what I left thinking about was how impressed I was at how intentional Travis with his guests. I get the sense that he is intentional generally…..😊

    I made these and they are so yummy! I think 9 min is better for a more gooey center when cooled :)

    Why do you use a room temperature egg instead of fridge temperature?
    I'm not disagreeing, I use fridge temperature butter instead of room temperature butter, I get a much different consistency out of the cookie
    Also, why do you use white sugar with the brown sugar instead of just the brown sugar?
    Once again not disputing, I'm just curious why your recipe differs here compared to all other recipes I've seen.
    I like to understand why I'm doing things

      Room temp allows the ingredients to spread more evenly in the batter. Brown sugar gives a slightly different flavor. 👍🏼
