Hello Sir, my name is John from Sierra Leone, I am presently using Nigeria DSTV. My challenge now is that the agent that sold to me the decoder, activated my decoder, but failed to give me the username and mobile he used to activate it. Please how can I get this information (Username and Mobile)?

But why can't DSTV just have the self service incorporated into the DSTV Now App instead of having two DSTV apps..... Just inquisitive though.
It would be too much & heavy to run. One is a customer service tool, the other is just for streaming like Netflix
