@@davidmaisel8062 That's not enough. I've been making plov for years, both in a kazan and in straight-sided pots, and the rice is always rinsed and soaked for around 30 minutes before draining and adding to the pot. That is the cooking style, not adding raw rice.
Серж your plov is always good!! The best one! 🫶🏻🦋

I dream about this plov ! Shemms plov is my favorite and I’ve tried many different ones.. 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 did you forget garlic or you don’t add it in
It’s couple things missing by the Video guy 😅
You didn’t soak the rice in hot water first?
Also, no garlic?
Meat goes first, then onions 😉
Are you posting your plov video next? Lets go 🎉🎉
@@imagelush5146 nah, but Serg did get the recipe he posted in the description from me, and I got it from my ex’s brother. 😂
@@bj0rnenrecipes are always like a broken telephone. I was there, I ate the plov, im not a plov expert, but it was good.
@@imagelush5146 I’ve had Plov made by Serg. It’s good. Even if he makes it a little different from how I do it.
Are you in Northern California bro.......?? LOL
How in the hell is that rice properly cooking without being first soaked in water?
Time for a scientific study.
The rice absorbs the bullion that the meat and carrots make. That's why you need a wok style pan to get the best result.

@adamchurvis1 You can, but then you add less water to the pan directly. It also depends on what type of rice you use.
Mushy plov is horrible.
