I love your content but I disagree with some of this knowledge. Vascularity and that grainy look doesn't alway mean someone is on the gas.. I come from a bodybuilding back round and am way more vascular and grainy than either one of these guys. This is likely due to 20 plus years of chasing the pump. Muscle density and vascularity can change based on how one trains and genetics of course. Same with some mild back acne, nothing crazy but I've had minor break out on my back since my teens.. or any time a razor touches my back. Some of the logic makes sense but things like this are not 100% that answer. I look completely different in the winter months when I'm 16% bodyfat vs sub 10%, side by side pictures would scream I'm juicing. A 3-5% change of bodyfat in a guy or gal with alot of lean body mass makes a big difference.
