- 2024 is the year of the IPSC Rifle World Shoot. Team SIG's Daniel Horner and Lena Miculek will represent the United States of America on the World stage. SIG SAUER will support the team in a way that has never happened before by building custom race guns, optics, and ammo to the exact specifications needed to win.
Follow along the journey as we share with you All the Power of SIG and see how the team will optimize their capabilities with the support of SIG SAUER.
Please SIG, document EVERY SINGLE THING in this series and release them often. So hype for this!

I would actually LOVE to see gun companies start competing with eachother with teams like how car companies race. It would make the gun industry even more mainstream and interesting other than just people that are already interested in guns so they look for new stuff themselves. And thered be less anti gun people bc theyd just see it as a sport a thing, much like the UFC lots of people werent into the UFC at first because it seem “barbaric” but now its just another sport another discipline. Having a gun company team competition could make them so much more money than what theyre making now!
The amount of discipline it takes to get to the level these 2 are on is nothing short of incredible in itself. Lena & Daniel are already shooting sports royalty and I absolutely cannot wait to see them bag this. This will be an incredible show to watch play out.

I met Daniel years ago. After a match, I saw him win. I joked with him. I told him that when the zombie apocalypse happens. I'm coming to his house. With a dry smile he acknowledged my existence and uttered the scariest sentence I ever heard.

As soon as I can save enough money the SIG MCX Is my next purchase. With picking these two to represent SIG there’s no way you could have gone wrong. Bring home the World Title and let’s celebrate SIG. Best guns/rifles on the market by far! I’d say good luck but I don’t think you need it. Added; I do wish they had a 15” Handguard for the 16” though…hate the 13”Handguard it comes with…don’t like that gap between the handguard and a flash hider I think it’s tacky as shit

My husband and I have a collection of Sig Sauer classic pistols. We don't have any of the polymer framed pistols made by Sig Sauer. We wish you would have kept the manufacturing in Europe. Unfortunately we've seen new Sig Sauer pistols in the firearms dealers display cases with blemishes.
Hopefully quality control improves 🤔. It could be a fluke but over the years we've seen at least 9 pistols with machining marks.

Glad to know you don't shoot much! My 320 exploded twice, once with sig factory ammo, and my MCX had insane POI shift on the handguard when shooting with a laser.

Very common in the gun industry for keyboard warriors to have absolutely no clue how to properly use guns. I seriously doubt you've ever actually fired a gun.

I was told in a class that my Sig 1911 wasn't a real Sig.
It is crazy Daniel Horner of Sig Sauer used the F1 analogy, however Christian Horner team principal of current F1 title holder Red Bull Racing would like to have a word about using Ferrari in the comparison.

This competition is more rigorous than the Olympics. For starters it’s only .22 and standing whereas here it’s complete mobility and accuracy. Full bragging rights are on the line.!!!!

I wonder if QC bothered to torque the barrel properly at least for the rifles going to Lena. They didn’t torque the barrel on my spear LT!
I have seen much worse QC issues that incomplete torque spec. I will show you the Smith and Wessons we receive at our FFL one day.
That’s fair, and I appreciate your response. The reason that I’m bothered by the QC is because of the price. S&W is not selling $2500 rifles. Sig is. For that much money I expect absolute 100% perfection. No defects in materials, workmanship, fit, finish, torque etc. if the spear LT had a street price of $1500 or less I would not be complaining.
@@2AToday 100% perfection does not happen in any industry. Look at Geiselle and all the quality problems they keep having. At our FFL, Sig was no where near the most RMA'd brand we go through, S&W and Springfield hands down have the most RMAs for us and this is all factory new guns. I have 10 Sig firearms, the only return was my P229 Pro because I felt the hammer was getting shiny way too quickly (black finish not applied well). They sent me return label and within 1.5 weeks I had the gun back with a new hammer. Very satisfied with their CS, both as an FFL and individual.

Can we possibly get this televised? Flip through the channels, possibly ESPN or something? Shooting sports is one of the oldest forms of competitive entertainment in the world.

No paid professionals
Professional athletes have officially been allowed in the Olympics officially since 1992 (see Team USA Dream team made up of NBA players). Lena and Dan can’t compete because the Olympics don’t have action/practical shooting events. The 2024 Summer Olympics only have shooting from prescribed distances (10m, 25m, 50m) with athletes aiming for a bullseye on a paper target. Shotgun events are the tradition Trap and Skeet formats.
