OK so I just started doing these exercises last week and I felt compelled to do stage 2 today. It's harder for sure but I finished it. THANK YOU FOR THESE! They are the first exercising I have been able to successfully do in ages and it's very encouraging! I am so very grateful that you recorded these and I look forward to doing them more and more with more and more strength and ability (enabling). So grateful! So ... if you were wondering if these have impacted anybody for the better - YES! They have! xo

I'm 40, and my weight has always been around 99 lb - I have no idea what it's like to be a heavier weight, but I really have to say that these videos area great way to demonstrate to heavier people of what exercises they can do to begin to lose weight. Very nice video, and thank you to these 2 wonderful people for the exercise tutorials. 👍😊
I have been searching for a program that I'm able to do. I love your work outs. I started June 30,202 on a tuesday. I have been working out with stage 1 ep1 for the week and already feel a differene. I love you guys for making a program that i can do and get back into being mobile. Thank you again.
It has helped me a great deal as well! I did the exercises every day for about 6 months. Along with healthy eating, I lost 16 pounds. I gained it back during the quarantine, bu am now back to exercising and dieting and have lost half of it already. These are the best exercises I have ever done!
this really helped me!!! did the first stage while in a cast. now that my cast if off i started stage 2.....this is where i need to be to get back on track with my weight loss and strengthening my ankle....

I'm only on day 3 of Stage 1, but wanted to see what Stage 2 is like :) Question though...how long do you stay on each Stage? A week? A month? 2 weeks? I know it's only 3 days...but I already notice a difference. Just awesome work outs!!

I love this lady, but Rob you are absolutely annoying. Please do the workout but without so much of your talking. I would love to hear her instructions and not your constant jabbering. Good job on your weight loss and am happy for you, but you are detracting from her instructions and her. Please let her do her job.
