Ever think of working with Electric Cars? You could replace bad cells in older cars and make them new again. I met a retired electrical engineer last week. He got the job with his soldering skills and Ham radio. He said that the enemy of lithium batteries is heat. Any chance of you adding liquid cooling to your batteries, since you use them in extreme heat. Fortunately, my Fiat liquid cools it battery pack, like Tesla's for reduced degradation. 👍
Would love to make a EV car. Just need more funding! The ebike batteries never get to the point where water cooling would be needed. I have ran into the problem of being to cold. Some tours I bring the batteries into the tent to keep them a bit warmer. With charging they do get a bit warmer when pushing the charge amps high.
@@Eric_Tennant , I found a video of a CNC water cooled pump. If you had a chance to see your EV battery temperature during the Summer, I think that it would be beyond 115F.
