I wonder if lossless scaling works on emulators, then he wouldnt need a 60 fps patch, while still playing at 60 or even above, to retain the acceptable handling and not break the cutscenes
Wiki does say that it has a PC version, but I'm guessing that it's one of those porta that is just worse than console. But maybe that could be fixed up by someone that knew how to.

it does work, I played midnight club LA with it on xenia, and it was so smooth, it adds a quite a bit of input lag though, I still recommend it.
