Man... I'm 6'3", 320 pounds... One day I want to have a good physique like these guys. I know I can do it, I just need to get into a good routine and into a good diet. I just finished highschool a while ago and am starting to buy my own food, so now I can really focus on buying the right foods and getting into a dedicated routine.

I know I have the genetics for it, because I've always been strong and had big muscles, even though I don't workout.
Give yourself less then 2 years and you can look great with those stats if you lift properly and go on a minor "cut" diet.
