Are these weight-lifting exercises appropriate for a HS freshman? Would someone have to build up to these exercises? If so, how? Thank you!
I do a lot of cleans to work on that explosive type stuff is this helping me improve?
How many times a week would you recommend? And do you have a program for pitchers? Thanks
I sit 92-94 top 6 and never implemented split squats ever and can’t even do 5 pull-ups I NEED to start doing them

You forgot aboot the landmine exercise

i love your content but i would never say a trap bar deadlift should be 2 movements, i know what youre saying is in agreement but its kind of doing other trainers dirty to say a lot of others would say its 2 movements
