    I’m a walk on freshmen at UTSA. Undersized lefty sitting 79 at 155-5’11”. This inspiration is what I’m looking for. Amazing man

      Would recommend getting to 180 and you will see a huge jump.
      I was the same size as you and threw the same velo. I’m about 170 now and popped a 91 a couple days ago.

      Deadlifts, front squat/back squat, explosive movements, mobility, you can find lifting programs online

    Just found ur channel and I’m in the same situation as you pretty much as a junior in high school, I’m starting to take every thing serious to chase my dreams and everybody laughs at me for it and tries to tell me it’s too late for me to go any where with baseball but I’m just tryna prove them wrong man, seeing somebody else in my situation is gonna keep me pushing forward.     I generally feel better, stronger, and more powerful when I gain a little weight. I'm stuffing my face with eggs milk peanut butter sandwiches and pizza until I go from 170s to 190s/200. I need that extra umph and I hate not having it.

      I’m a senior in college rn. Dealt with some back issues that held me back for 2 years. Prior to the back issues top was 86 now top was 88 the other day in game. Been focusing on sleep, eating right and just worked my ass off in the off-season like never before. My goal is to top 90 before the season ends.

    last summer I was topping around 82. Hit 86 this offseason after gaining a bunch of weight and now I'm close to 90 in game. Just hoping I didn't throw my arm out yesterday in my start I went 85 pitches second outing of the season 😂

      Making sure you’re properly on ramped is 🔑 that 90 is coming

      @@davidmenches5135 it means you build you pitch count up slowly but surely over time the same way pros do in spring training. They don't come out of the gate throwing 100 pitches.

    Wow bro you played for Coach Brown at City College in San Diego ? Idk if he is still Coaching there when you played there. I played at Mesa College and Grossmont College Coach Brown was Coaching City College in San Diego back when I was playing. I also played JC a Long time ago from 2007-2008.

    Aiden, this is both inspiring and extremely helpful! Whatever your plans are post-career; coaching may be your calling. My son, Asher, (@Asher__Smith) is entering his junior year at Crest High in Shelby NC currently at 5'11" 183. Sitting 85/86 curently T 88/89 velo wise. He's a pediatric cancer-survivor after 4 years of chemo so, he's a warrior who often answers "the Bible ...and baseball" when asked what got him through it. Thank you for the additional inspiration for him - God bless you!

    You gave me hope of going somewhere in college I’m 6”0 around 165 I’m 80-83 I’m a freshman in highschool going into my sophomore I want to be at 90 my junior year and low mid 90s my senior I want to go somewhere d1 and I hope I get drafted after college.

      @@anthonyp8881 you got it just keep grinding make sure you use bands before you throw everytime, and make sure your lifting and long tossing and make sure your getting a lot of sleep. 8-10 hours everynight.

    Why is everyone so crazy about speed these days. I would think hitting your location, off speeds and movement are what makes a good pitcher. I believe any grown man 18 and older who isn't completely sedentary could throw a ball 90mph. I looked it up and it only weighs 5oz, that's less than my salt shaker. Average 18 year old should be able to throw it 90mph.
