Thank you so much for this insightful look into the mental health of a type 2. As a 2 myself, I really appreciated this and found it very resonant. God bless you and your ministry.

If I spend 2-3 days alone doing self care, doesn't have to be over the top, it just has to be no people then I'm generally happy again. It's good to find another 2 or Fe (Feels for others) (Myers Briggs).
I'm a big hearted 2 and the struggle is real. Plus, if you have faith God or your Angels see you and support YOU that helps.❤

Most of these are very relevant to me as a 2. I think my mum is also a 2, and we're both in mental health professions! We've always said we collect 'client friends'- the needy project people that drain us. And in relationships, I've always attracted the 'lost souls' with crippling self-esteem issues that I can see positive potential in.

There are a lot of social media questions that prompt past events. We have to avoid commenting to bring up those past feelings. I'm a 2 and I took the freedom class at church during covid on zoom. I wrote a declaration from the scriptures in that class. Part of it was I want to forgive as I am forgiven. I want to love as I am loved. I want to rest in his peace and share his peace with those around me. That reminds me how I am expected to be. When I say it out loud it reminds me. Great thoughts in this video. Thank you for sharing!

What types tend to fear upsetting people they care about the most?
I look "imposing, silent and strong" but I have a huge fear of scaring and upsetting those I deeply care about. I'm extremely protective of those I care about too.

You're not alone in feeling this way. It shows how much you care about those close to you.

What do you do if you take the step to tell your partner what you need but they take it as criticism and pressure then do the opposite?? I feel so lost thank you in advance.
