I love everything about this episode, it's so enlightening in so many ways : having an expert explain the medical aspects, having a real woman who is brave and giving enough to share her intimate story, having a partner who is not ashamed to be part of the whole experience and an interviewer who has obviously prepared properly for this to go smoothly as it did and to highlight the most important parts of such delicate untold story. The only thing that I would see messing is that we need more Arabic spoken content about this, like dr. Sandrine does in her podcasts for example. It is one thing to speak about this in English, and a whole other level to put this topic into Arabic words which I'm not even sure they exist ! And again a language only reflects its people's culture, if we want to break the taboo let's use our own tools to do so. The talk made me reflect on alot of aspects ❤ I'm gonna be talking about this for a while! Thank you AB Talks for exciting, really! 🙌🏼

just from the first few moments I found myself crying with mixed feelings. I was so happy and surprised that we are talking about something that had been characterized as a taboo for sooo long culturally. I was happy that a woman had sommen up her courage and stamina to come and talk about her problem in hope that she would help other women and girls. As an 18 year_old muslim Arabic girl i felt sympathetic for her but yet felt so proud and heard and supported. I believe this is a step closer to a brighter healthier world with better sex education with a reformat of the taboos that we still have in our Arabic societies but has nothing to do with Islam and makes no sense. Thank you to every single person involved in this.
What’s super cool is seeing a Muslim woman talk about this openly but what amazed me is seeing 2 men discuss this. Thank you AB, Amirah & Mohamed for this great episode.

I was going through the same thing and went to doctors who were rude to me and told me to just relax , so i had to google a solution just like her and I remember finding her video on youtube of her talking about it and thanks to her a month after that video and exercises i was able to enjoy it 🥺♥️

This is my favorite episode because this brave woman opened such important taboo subject in our societies, our biggest mistake as humans the denial policy we deny that kids are growing up denying that pornography is accessible to people from different ages specially with the internet and we keep pretending that with good manners and religious beliefs they will never open it plus how us females how little do we know about our bodies and sex the medical conditions that we may or not suffer from? Because no one talk about it there is lack of communication causing so much of ignorance and problems thank you #abtalks for this specially anas for talking about it and for being kind host with her I loved the comforting way to let her be herself that's so sweet to do ❤️

Thank you this extremely important and skillfully conducted episode. As a woman and a physician, I cannot how indispensable to have quality content about sexual education available in the Arab world. Next step, do it in Arabic. Use the terms in Arabic. Only then will we truly overcome the endless taboos associated with the matter.
حلقة مثرية و تثقفنا كمجتمع، شكرًا للفريق و لكل الي ساهمو بالفيديو و بالذات اميرة و شجاعتها انها تطلع تتكلم عن موضوع مهم و للاسف stigmatized و ممكن يكون فيه اشخاص يلومونها و يذمونها لمجرد انها تجيب طاريه للأسف رغم كونه مشكلة حقيقية جدية و مهم المجتمع يتثقف عنها بطريقة صحيحة. كنساء في مجتمع سهل فيه ان المرأة تنلام و المرأة يكون عليها الضغط و double standards ممتنة لحلقة تفتح موضوع يوعي الجميع سواء نساء ثانين او رجال او مراهقين او حتى امهات و اهالي و بطريقة محترمة و ناضجة و صحية و مافيها عيب ولا شي و بالعكس تساعد المجتمع.
صراحه تشكر عليها مدام أميرة وفعلا في حالات مشابهه لها ومختلفة قليلا عنها لكن جوهر المشكله واحد وهو صعوبة شديده في أقامه العلاقه الحميمة مع شريك الحياة ، لكن هناك اسباب اخري غير مذكراتها الضيفه مثل وجود أكياس بجانبي المبيض .

شئ صعب ومحبط منتشر جداً في الوطن العربي اكثر..بنات كتير حبايبي يسألوا في جروبات الفيسبوك ... السبب اخطاء نابعة من التربية الخاطئة من الأهل وأسباب غيرها.. مش هيحس غير اللي مر بالتجربة
ماقدر اعبر عن مشاعري اكثر فان كل مره انس يثبت بانه دائما هو المحاور الافضل والمستمع الافضل و طرحه فالمواضيع دائما الافضل

شكراً اميرة على سرد قصتك انتِ انسانه زي ما قال انس شجاعة وشكرا خاص ل انس وللفريق العمل 🙏🏻❤️❤️. حرفيا التشنج المهبلي قد قرأته سابقا بشكل بسيط لكن ما تطرقت له كثير وانا مو متزوجة ولكن لمن شفت قصة اميرة فهمت الموضوع اكثر لان ممكن يصير معاي او مع غيري لازم ثقافة الجنس والتشنج المهبلي يدرس مع الاسف خلال مسيرتي الدراسية ما تطرقت المدرسة لهذه المواضيع دائما يشوف الموضوع عيب نتكلم فيه وذا شيء يزعل لان الموضوع مهم جدا حتى الاهل يشوفون عيب تسألي وكم بنت مرت بنفس المعاناة وما كانت تدري وانتهى بطلاق ! او ما فهمت ايش عندها وليه كذا يصير معاها حبيت الموضوع واتمنى من اي احد يقرا تعليقي شاركوا هذا الفيديو مع الاهل والاصدقاء حتى يكون فيه وعي مسبق و معرفة عن الموضوع.

حلقة مثرية و تثقفنا كمجتمع، شكرًا للفريق و لكل الي ساهمو بالفيديو و بالذات اميرة و شجاعتها انها تطلع تتكلم عن موضوع مهم و للاسف stigmatized
و ممكن يكون فيه اشخاص يلومونها و يذمونها لمجرد انها تجيب طاريه للأسف رغم كونه مشكلة حقيقية جدية و مهم المجتمع يتثقف عنها بطريقة صحيحة.
كنساء في مجتمع سهل فيه ان المرأة تنلام و المرأة يكون عليها الضغط و double standards ممتنة لحلقة تفتح موضوع يوعي الجميع
سواء نساء ثانين او رجال او مراهقين او حتى امهات و اهالي و بطريقة محترمة و ناضجة و صحية و مافيها عيب ولا شي و بالعكس تساعد المجتمع.
صراحه تشكر عليها مدام أميرة وفعلا في حالات مشابهه لها ومختلفة قليلا عنها لكن جوهر المشكله واحد وهو صعوبة شديده في أقامه العلاقه الحميمة مع شريك الحياة ، لكن هناك اسباب اخري غير مذكراتها الضيفه مثل وجود أكياس بجانبي المبيض .
