I have seen it happen on cars with MHD and bootmod3. Your tune just has to be good enough & put that much fuel into the car. My friend has an OTS map on his 540i from MHD & he can't do it but my brother has an F80 M3 with MHD custom tune from RK Tunes & he can shoot flames easily
