I don't know man with the amount of customization compared to your old school cluster I think it's definitely worth the value especially if you can't find one of that quality for anywhere near the price. I don't like digital gauges though, has that little bit of delay.
I'd definitely ditch the shift knob tbh, its such a crappy mod for E92/E90. It doesn't even function how it should because you can't press park to park and you gotta pull it weird to get it into it's led gears 🤦🏼 love the cluster and the micro suede headliner. If you are interested in some nice mods for more "supercar interior" go with a flocked dashboard and definitely look at some custom interior. I'd say go alcantara with leather outsides with gray french seam match the exterior. If you need any help let me know, I run a upholstery shop north east America.
Trust me add acrylic ambient light strips! Not the cheap EL wire ones, actual full LED ambient light strips for a car interior, they just make the interior 10 times better and it’s quite an easy install just tap into a few wires and disassemble some interior trim to put the strips in position
Not a fan of carbon fiber wraps but you did a nice job with that. Mind doing a follow-up video after some time to give an update on how well everything is working?

Just installed my id4motion instrument cluster, it looks fantastic, tinted my windows, 4 new tyres, new xtrons head unit and I've converted it to run on LPG, it's a BMW X5 2005 E53 4.8IS automatic, only 98k miles!

You should have gotten a manual shift boot to replace the auto bezel, the gear indicator can be screwed from the auto trim and tucked off in a corner so you don’t have two gear indicators by the shifter
Ambient led lights and a digital screen for Apple CarPlay and android auto and the car is complete in my opinion, a starlight headliner would make it perfect though
