I’m still mad at Foley! He publicly said that Marc-Andre would retire as a Knight. He PROMISED Marc-Andre that! He should have stepped in and vetoed McCrimmon’s decision to trade him. He had the power to do it and yet did nothing. Horrible! All of them!
He had his hand in all three. 2016 he played lights out in the end of the season then suffered injury and Matt took over in the last week and flourished in the playoffs. Probably one of the few teams to have two potential HOF Goalies on the same cup team..unbelievable. Hats off to Flower. Hoping he can win at least one more. It’d be the icing flower on one heck of a cake.
