so excited to be back home and look forward to a few weeks of staying in, relaxing and catching up on editing. This video concludes the project I did with Contiki and Visitscotland, where we explored various parts of Scotland and met young people to learn about how they're reviving the music of their roots. i really love your style of sketching, it's loose and fluid yet accurate in the sense that you understand the big picture without needing every little detail. it's just so nice to look at. also it was a nice touch to include your writing alongside your art! i enjoyed this video a lot, love the overall neutral tones of the video, and it would be great to listen to more of your poetry!

I love this. Ive been in a funk and haven't really been able to create anything art wise. This made me miss it and really made me excited about an upcoming trip I have. I completely feel the same way how you said living through other people, I find it so moving and heart warming when i'm able to connect with someone who lives in such a different environment. When I leave it makes me appreciate life more and it changes how I see things and makes me feel like a part of me is still there.

LOVE this! I've been doing lots of train travel this summer and bringing my sketchbook to keep occupied. But I don't often do this kind of loose, live sketching of the beautiful scenery I encounter on my travels, and this video reminds me how fun and refreshing it can be. Thank you!

Hi Annabelle! thank you for inspiring me to do the things that can actually make me happier..I have always loved painting and drawing, but I thought before that it's pointless to keep on pursuing it because I'm not that talented. I've gotten discouraged many times. But now I've realized that no matter what the future holds, I'll keep going with my art. I hope that someday it will also take me to where I've always wanted be and wake up everyday hopeful and inspired. I hope and pray that all of your heart's desires will be granted. God bless!

Joy Cha ewww dont give her ideas she has already sold out and doing so many sponserships.
HalfBloodOtter ok but poems and illustrations are completely different to sponsorships. like she is creative and it's her hobby so it makes sense she does that, it's basically how many artists make ends meet instead of a studio job. it's something she ACTUALLY does with soul instead of claiming to be artsy yet let someone ghostwrite her book. sponsorships are just a bonus and imo she doesn't do them so often/extreme.

i started working at an organization that trains service dogs (canine companions for independence, they are AMAZING!) and we have a cat that lives on campus, who has the job of distracting dogs in training and just making sure dogs know about at least one animal other than dogs. he is grey and white, very soft, and very good at his job. he loves people and teasing the dogs. he wanders campus and catches lizards and always comes home for dinner. his name is johnny, but our next door neighbors, a therapeutic horse riding center, call him fat louie. and i wanted to share because you are the catcreature, after all :-) loved this video!!
