There are a lot of people who get direct offers too. You just need to research companies that sponsor work visas (Most big companies FAANG, Investment banks, and many other companies in Europe do sponsor). Once you have that the interview process is pretty much the same. College doesn't matter to foreign recruiters and they only focus on skills and how you perform in coding tests and interviews. Also, you can take referrals but many times if you reach out directly to recruiters or apply directly then you might get doing tests and get opportunities directly.
