Baklava Ingredients:
Introduction
Baklava is a layered pastry dessert made of filo pastry, filled with chopped nuts, and sweetened with syrup or honey. For baklava, 20 or 40 sheets of phyllo, each brushed liberally with melted butter, are layered in a baking pan with finely chopped walnuts, pistachios, or almonds. After the pastry is baked, it is drenched with a syrup of sugar, honey and lemon juice. Cinnamon, ground cloves, cardamom, or rosewater may flavor either the filling or the syrup. About
Baklava, Turkish, Greek, and Middle Eastern rich pastry of phyllo (filo) dough and nuts. Phyllo is a simple flour-and-water dough that is stretched to paper thinness and cut into sheets, a process so exacting that it is frequently left to commercial manufacturers. Baklava is among the most common sweets to serve for special occasions in modern-day Turkey and Greece and some Balkan countries. It was one of the most popular sweet pastries of Ottoman cuisine. Baklava is also a common dessert in modern Arab cuisines. In Turkish cuisine, baklava is traditionally made by filling between the layers of dough with pistachios, walnuts or almonds. |

Lovely recipe anyways.
Very nice cheat recipe of Baklava I would say.😍 i just made traditional Baklava couple of days ago and to be honest it wasn’t difficult at all but obviously little time consuming. I made mine with mix nuts and chocolate and it turned out delicious. We are so lucky here that Baklava filo pastry is so easily available in UK in specialist Turkish shops as well as British supermarkets at very reasonable price.

Helllooo, Welcome to Rajshri Food😍
Does butter or ghee comes in non veg??
हे विना ओवन से बना सकते हैं कया
Sir what is samosa pastry ingredient..? Can get u a copy..thank you sir..
Beautiful recipe Chef... but one doubt... can we bake it in Microwave? If so...what would be the temp?
Please name one reason you would try to make this in the microwave... I will accept college student without an oven. Not sure about anything else but with an open mind, I ask.
Can u tell me about temp in o t g
more like holi gujiya with easy steps.
I am more of your communication skills' fan ❤ 😂
I made this just now, but found that there was too much butter in the dish after baking. And i made the sugar syrup your way and it turned out to be quite thick in consistency.
I MADE THIS AS WELL...BUT I BRUSHED MY BUTTER ON TOP WITH A PASTRY BRUSH BECAUSE THAT LOOKED LIKE WAY TOO MUCH BUTTER TP PUT IN THAT BAKING DISH.
IT ALSO HELPS TO BRUSH THE BOTTOM OF THE BAKING DISH LIGHTLY BEFORE PLACING THE BAKLAVA IN TO BAKE. USING ALL OF THAT BUTTER IS UNNECESSARY, CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO POUR THE SYRUP IN AFTER IT BAKES.
Plz share kunfa also
Been added to suggestions 👍🏻 Stay tuned ❤️
It's available on demand. It is not available right on hand.
Question: samosa patti and spring roll patti same??
Yes
@@Thedesktop10 thank you..but just wanna be sure...is it??
@@prachibansal6670 the Patti is the same but the size is different of both. Spring roll is generally square shared while samosa Patti is rectangular shaped.
@@Thedesktop10 ohkay...thank you so much. 🙂
