      It was good but like I said in the video I grew up eating steak that way. Give it a try.

    I have a friend who eats his steak like that. He called it " I want it to Moo when it hits the plate"😂😂

      I grew up eating like that. My aunt would have said I cooked it too long! LOL

    I guess I like my steak the way he said at the beginning. But to me, the more rare it is, the better the taste and I, personally, believe it's Moe tender, too! Like I said, I like my steak. as a one and a half inch thick, A very hot grill, forty five seconds each side. Earl puts his steak on first which starts a flare, then lays mine on the flame. Really chars the outside and the inside is very rare. But like you say, this isn't for everyone, not even Earl!!
