Just tried it!!! So delicious!! I added some chopped basil and there was no sweet chili sauce so I bought some jerk BBQ sauce and teriyaki sauce and let it simmer on low on the stove and mixed it for about 5 minutes then added it and it was DEEEELICIOUS !!!!!

The glove helps with the oil to help evenly distribute ingredients that's all..but still Salmonella is possible without proper handwashin so it doesn't hurt
My grandmother never used gloves in her life and we all turned out quit well. My cousins mother used gloves and was a clean nut and her whole family was sick with weird crap all time......I'm not sure humans don't need to be introduced to a few germs in there life, so there immune systems can grow healthy and strong. I remember when kids ate dirt,,,those same kids today are 75 years old an perfectly healthy.....

However when we know better...we do better. He's a professional chef & what u practice at home cooking for ur family shouldn't be the same as handling food for customers. Nothing wrong with using bare hands when handling raw meat. That's what Lime/lemon juice is for, the acid cuts away the fresh raw scent and kills bacteria.
sure. depending of the mix they all taste a little different. try them and choose one you like. i like the ones labeled mediterranean, they are usually great with chicken and fish.
