Hiiiii 👋 Is Arcade working as a stand alone? If it is I encourage you to just rewatch and do these steps again because I just know it will help. Also you have to setup Arcade being able to be an audio unit in your settings. This video shows you how.
How do u record tho how do u put it all together.. i have garage band as a daw but im lost..where can u save record please make a vid id appreciate it thks! Cause theres no vids or tutorials anywhwre
Hellllpp! So I have arcade and garage band and I did this process successfully through the AU instruments and stufff. I don’t have my keyboard plugged in so I’m just trying to do it all through the laptop but when I play my beats while GarageBand is recording, nothing that I’m playing records into GarageBand. Help?
Thanks for reaching out. I pulled mines out and did everything you said you did and I don’t have an issue so I don’t see why it’s not recording. Unless you are trying to record the notes on the same track as your drum?
@@Meekismwisdom I started off by adding a software instrument track and then once I added arcade and found my track I tried recording. I had my software instrument track highlighted when I recorded (idk if that matters or not) and It shows the sound waves when I play but just doesn’t record. Also thank you for taking your time to try to help me out! I really appreciate you and your videos!!!

One other thing to try is to record them after you are done press Q to quantize it. Sometimes GarageBand doesn’t track the MIDI if it isn’t quantized

Add another instrument track and then add arcade. Sub to my channel because I’ll be making a video on how to make a full beat w Arcade in GarageBand
