I have no problem flying with them because I know they're highly qualified and get the same exact training as male pilots. I have a lot of respect for them, like I do male pilots. When the Pilot spots the Marshall he/she should turn towards the Marshall, which is always in a position to be seen from the left seat in the cockpit, once the plane is facing the Marshall then follows whatever sign is given.

Médium and large airports usually have them to guide them to park at the right spot to the jet bridge, in small airports is very rare.
