Does every airport across the world have marshalls or is it certain airports or certain planes?
Médium and large airports usually have them to guide them to park at the right spot to the jet bridge, in small airports is very rare.

It depends you may physically see a Marshaller or you may see a board bring them in with some on standby just in case.

depends. On a 737 they usually only extend it to flaps 30, but they could extend to 40. on a 787 yes they are usually fully extended

When the Pilot spots the Marshall he/she should turn towards the Marshall, which is always in a position to be seen from the left seat in the cockpit, once the plane is facing the Marshall then follows whatever sign is given.

Constructive criticism as a Rampie myself. Give your instructions over your head. Keep the wands high so when the aircraft is close they are still visible to PIC. When stopping the aircraft, cross the wands with your hands touching. Good job either way.
Your hands don't have to touch when giving the X signal, and they would stop if they can't see her or the wands, and she would just have to adjust so they could either or.
