How To Track Your CPAP Order

Did you know Aeroflow Sleep now has trackers that follow the status of your CPAP order in real-time?
If you’re a current Aeroflow Sleep patient, simply click on the yellow login button in the top right corner of aeroflowsleep....
There, you can log in to your account by entering your email address and password. An alternative option is to send a one-time passcode to my mobile phone.
Once you’ve logged in, a dashboard will appear with the tracker front and center. In this example, the patient’s Sleep Apnea Profile is incomplete, but you may also see statuses like “Insurance Information Not Verified,” “Confirm Your Order,” or “Obtain Documentation from Doctor.”
Each step must be completed to fulfill your order. To start back where you left off, all you need to do is click the highlighted status and revisit its requirements.
If a step doesn’t make sense to you, we’ve added brief explanations to each, plus every step has a blue tooltip you can hover over for more information.
When a step is completed, a green check will appear, and the next step in the tracker may be highlighted. This is repeated until you have completed all requested information, so you can go through each step by step and continue to see what’s next; from insurance info to pricing.
When everything is green, the date of your shipment and a FedEx tracking number will be visible.

Unfortunately their website doesn't update regularly. I got an email confirmation two days ago saying my order has shipped but no tracking number. Today the website still says my order is pending and also says I'm not in compliance because I should have started using my machine yesterday. I haven't even received it yet...
