To any women who are reading this: Men HATE it when women cancel dates on them at the last minute. What it tell us is that you don't value our time or our feelings, and we would much rather you just say no to us when we ask you out than for you to agree to a date and then cancel it at the last minute.

Women don’t generally care what impact their actions have on you, particularly once they’ve decided they aren’t interested in sex with you.

Yes and to top it off with some bs ass excuse that we both know full and well is bullshit is honestly insulting to our intelligence. You aren’t fooling anybody with your unoriginal excuses about how your cat died, or you got called into work or you forgot you had an exam you had to study for or how you out of nowhere started having car problems. We aren’t stupid and we’ve heard them all before. Stop fucking lying thinking you’re being nice. That just pisses us off even more than an honest rejection..good lord lol

  • @DarkTobias7

On the first example, I believe you should NEVER reply, not even "No worries", which implies no consequences for this rude attitude. Actions are a lot more powerful than words. When a girl likes you, she WILL make time for you.
The one who cares the least, holds all the power!

Appreciate your input man! The way I see it is, if she cancels and doesn't offer another time to reschedule, the consequence is she isn't going to hear from me anymore after the " No worries" text. She has to contact me and suggest meeting up from there on out if she wants to see me. There will be no more effort on my end. By responding in an indifferent manner like how I mentioned, you are showing that you don't care, whereas a lack of response can indicate that you are angry and do care. However, if a girl cancels last minute without good reason then at that point she does not deserve a response nor a second chance even if she does reach out in the future. It really depends on the context. You can go about it the way you're doing now and can still see results. However, I think no response is more suited for blatantly disrespectful behavior. Thanks for watching!

I would agree say nothing. But it is not easy, there is a big chance she only made a date in the first place simply to stroke her own ego. So she took advantage of us, used us, deceived us just for her own selfish purpose... and if this is the case, she did not like us anyway and will not come back in the future (unless she thinks she can get an ego boost). So it is naturally to feel angry at her, and try to return to her the negative feelings that she caused us.... what, them, is wrong in writing "you are a fool wasting my time, do not text me again"???

And Soo those times she ALSO cancelled the same day because of “work” or “having a bad day”. I get the vibe she’s lying straight through her teeth. You can’t use I was called Into work 5 times in a row.

@@miamitrancemissions6425 I think you’re right. So first off she lives 45 - 50 miles away and I feel like I need someone closer. Also, you think that if she has used work as an excuse multiple times and especially just “a bad day” on her birthday is a lie? And the thing is like you said I HAVE experienced girls that a couple times they said they got called into work. BUT we DID see each other after that the next day off. Vs. This she KEEPS cancelling always on the day of. Then keeps asking again a day we could meet. And then the day comes “hey I got called into work or I’m super tired , I don’t think tonight will work”. I’ve been with a girl plenty of times where it was NOT like this at all. Sooo yeah. Maybe time to find someone a lot closer mile wise and someone who Wants To show up at my house and surprise me and go on dates et.

Came here to see if I had the right instincts; glad to find out that I did. Everything this video suggested, I already did before seeing this, and it's been 2 days of me not talking to her until she replies with the reschedule I asked for. I said to her "Okay, no problem. Let me know a different date/time that you're free that you'd like to reschedule to." She responded to my first sentence, but not the one about rescheduling. So I left her on read until she messages back literally anything and decides she is interested enough to break my silence. She did cancel long enough in advance (3 hours and 1/2 before the date on a Friday work-day), so I am okay about that, it's not like she totally screwed me over, but I do notice she doesn't seem anxious enough to reschedule on her own...unless she just thinks that's "the man's job."

But if it's a flake with a lame excuse and no genuine remorse/offer to reschedule? The best response is not to respond at all treating it as read only.
    1) It shows indifference while also avoiding confirmation you're cool with being flaked on.
    2) Any variation of "OK" (no worries, no problem, etc) only gives her permission to do it again.

However, she said she's sorry and she really wanted to see me again, and asked if i was free next week and she could come to my town.

Sometimes, anger is perfectly reasonable and justified in the circumstances. Women, if you don’t like guys getting angry with you for flaking on them, stop flaking on them.

I acted just like you said (didnt even see video before), when she told me that we can go out to see movie (as i proposed), but first she wants to see how her work schedule will align next week so she will tell me tommorow, and she asked if is it ok with me- i said that sure, let me know when you know schedule. She didnt send anything next day, or day after, so i just deleted her number. I came to conclusion that she is liar, and doesnt have respect, but still it is strange because on first date she was touching me, we were kissing, holding hands, she is playing games for sure, trying to act cold, well i dont need that.
But, i dont agree with you that if you say "let me know when you are avaliable and we will make plans" that it will put her in pursue, since you asked for date, which makes you avaliable and open, and she knows if she wants a date she can have it since you told her that she only needs to say when she is free. She is in control that way and feels she has power over outcome.

Not necessarily. It would make you a doormat if it is a continual issue and you stick around or don't speak up. It's something else if this is a one time event where someone cancels a date. As I clarified in the video, if someone cancels last minute and without a damn good reason then yes I wouldn't even bother responding. But there are times when legitimate things do come up, and being indifferent in your response is more helpful than ignoring her, acting butthurt and automatically assuming she's lying, being disrespectful, etc. I like to leave the door open in cases where it could be legitimate. I will never initiate contact again though, and if she doesn't contact me either then so be it who cares

I didn't blow a gasket, but she's probably sleeping with Tyrone. I haven't spoke to her in weeks, and won't until later in July. • @kentmarcus1255
      @kentmarcus1255  3 года назад +5

How do you reply when she contacts you? You should be mirroring her with texting in terms of length, energy, and time. So for instance, if she takes two hours to respond to your message, I would take at least two hours to get back to her. However, taking longer than her is even better. If she is responding to you with one or two sentences, you shouldn't be sending her paragraph responses. You should be replying close to the same amount in length as she is. Again, less than her is better here too. In terms of energy, if she isn't sending emojis, exclamations, or question marks, then neither should you. In general I would stay away from using emojis, exclamations, and question marks as often as possible unless she uses them frequently. All of the above strategies help you maintain frame and not over-pursue her. It's also important that you aren't trying to have long conversations over text with her. The phone should be for setting dates, so after a few messages back and forth using the strategies I have just provided, you should be trying to make a definite date with her.

If a girl tells you that she may need to cancel, that makes it a “maybe date” which I would not agree to, because what she is telling you is the plans aren’t definite and she can essentially back out at any time. In a case like that I would retract the offer and say something along the lines of” it sounds like your schedule is pretty backed up so how about we do it some other time when you know you’re free?” And leave it at that. If she’s interested she will solidify the plans you made, and if not she will reach out in the future and just use the opportunity to set a definite date. That’s the same thing I would do in this scenario. It’s good that you backed off because you showed her that you aren’t desperate and that she needs to put in the effort since she’s the one who cancelled. Since she reached out first, I would give her one more chance and make a definite date. If she gives you a wishy washy answer again, retract the offer like the way I mentioned, and if she cancels again then move on to the next one.

If this is a first or second date and she cancels for what seems like a bogus reason without offering to reschedule, then it’s well within your right to not respond and nowadays is probably what I would do too. If this is someone you’ve been dating for a while and this is the first time it has happened, then it may be legit and you might want to respond differently.
