Jonah’s just starting to appreciate sports. We just watched a movie on Ruth and read a book about Robinson - he might enjoy this place. So many cool artifacts! Thanks for taking us with you! 💕❤️
It is deep in the middle of upstate New York so even though there are some beautiful lakes and picturesque small towns it pretty much has to be the destination. A lot on both Ruth and Robinson so he may enjoy that and there are plenty of buttons to push to activate a lot of exhibits.
Was so awesome... was just Rollie, Ken Reitz, a buddy of mine, and myself chatting at a bar. I immediately showed my baseball nerdiness and said, “Rollie Fingers 341 saves!”. Great guys that were awesome for putting up with my annoyance.
They cover all teams fairly well. Definitely some recent Rangers stuff that might've found its way in there! Pretty sure they had some Nolan Ryan as a Rangers stuff there.
For a baseball fan this is THE place. For non fans it is a building full of old leather and wood. Not a single leech inside of this place though so it has that going for it! lol
Good episode buddy I'm not a huge baseball fan but I can appreciate it. But I can tell you I as well was also entranced watching the Sosa McGwire home run battle. There's the philly fanatic

Sorry, that was all just a joke for friends of mine that are from Milwaukee and huge Brewers fans. I have nothing against them and have been to game at Miller Park and old County Stadium. Didn't think anyone besides them would ever watch this video.
Derek Jeter & Ken Griffey Jr. Was the best to play baseball, their kids should be proud and their families richer than most, people magazine and other magazines, sports, basketball & football, magazines of Michael Braddock
Awesome video, it’s my dream to see the Baseball Hall of Fame in person
You need to do it. Great museum!
What an amazing museum. So much history there in one place. A baseball fans dream.
A Mecca for fans of the game. Old wood, leather, and cotton for those who aren’t. 😆
What amazing treasures this museum holds! Hope to one day visit to take in all the history housed here.
Drive there is beautiful too. You are really in small town upstate New York.
Oh my Lord I didn't know it was a whole town I have to go here
Awesome video.. thanks for sharing!!
Thanks Robert! Love that place.

I can’t wait to go here for my senior trip this spring. The hall of fame has been on my bucket list of things to do or see and I finally get to do it.
Awesome spot. You’ll love it if you’re a baseball ⚾️ fan.
@@TheTolleRoad Ik I’m gonna love it I’ve been waiting for the day I get to go. Same with Wrigley field
@@Thedominator-tr2su Wrigley Field and Fenway Park are musts!!! Who’s your team?
@@TheTolleRoad I’m a tigers fan. And I’ve gotten to go to a game at Fenway and only got to take pictures in front of wrigley
@@Thedominator-tr2su awesome, I went to old Tigers Stadium the year before they closed it.
I've been there twice. One of my favorite places to go. Also, they stopped playing the Hall of Fame Game after the 2008 season.
Been there a couple of times myself now. Wasn’t sure when they stopped playing the HOF game there. They need to bring that back.
We were just there. It’s amazing.
I absolutely agree. I think baseball’s history is what makes it unique to other sports.
All the Pilots trolling. LOL. But seriously, so cool you met Rollie. Awesome guy.
Just salivating watching this. - Dad

That was fun. Thanks.
Thanks for stopping by, Gary. Any big baseball fan should make the trek here at least once.
@@TheTolleRoad It's been about 35 years since I went. I need to see it again.
A lot of Baseball History there in the Hall of Fame. Nice info and views there :-)
Thanks for stopping by Viper
I’m so lucky to have been to baseball hall of fame
It’s a real cool place. I’ll have to go back again myself one day.
Looking foward to visiting one day. Hopefully there will be plenty Rangers memorabilia!
They cover all teams fairly well. Definitely some recent Rangers stuff that might've found its way in there! Pretty sure they had some Nolan Ryan as a Rangers stuff there.
I need to get over there someday
Every baseball fan needs to get there at least once. Beautiful area around it too.
I’ve been looking for a video like this about Cooperstown! Thank you.
🫶🏼😁
Glad it was helpful!
My fav vacation, easily an all timer⚾💙💯
Place definitely lived up to expectations for me.
Not much into sports usually, but I'm a fan of baseball! Looks like a cool museum!!

My ticket is for tomorrow. I'll be wearing my Red Sox earrings -- and my necklace from the 1976 Big Red Machine.
Nice!
Nice vid Tolle, you gonna do the Louisville Bat factory/museum next?
Yeah, I have been back to Louisville in a couple of years and there is a lot of stuff I want to see there either again or for the first time.

A Micky Mantle card just sold and now its the most expensive card ever, Honas Wagner is now #2
I saw that! What was it? Like $12 million?!?!? 1952 Topps rookie card I believe.
@@TheTolleRoad $12.6 million 1952 Tops card. It wasn't a rookie card, it was the first year Tops made cards.
I had all those baseball cards I threw away in the 1950s and 60s when I was 10 years old. Now I'd be a millionaire if I kept them!

Check out Sorgi Stories sometime. They are huge Brewers/Packers/Bucks fans.
I have not been there in 50 years
Time to go back! Hadn't been that long of a gap for me but a sure lot had changed there in the 15 or so years between my trips.
Funny how there's a store called "Shoeless Joe's" right in the heart of Cooperstown, ironic
Where's Schilling?
I've been there. My 7th grade History teacher told us that Cooperstown is so colonial and historic that they don't even want a McDonald's there.
Yeah, I love the fact that it is all local businesses. Beautiful area too.
Where's Lou Whitaker? Not a Yankee so he doesn't matter?
Sweet Lou should be in there!
I agree. How is Trammel in, but not Whitaker?
No. He's not a Yankee.
So it doesn't matter.
