Massive respect to the ‘moderate’ Tim Pool for bringing on a right-winger and a leftist, and then only agreeing with the right-winger. True enlightened centrist.
@@sheldonshell-hi9nj The reason its any deal (not sure if its a big one, but its worth noting) is because Pool markets himself as a moderate/left-leaning person and gets quite upset if people say he is right wing at all. Asks questions, talks over the answers, makes strawmen arguments and constant red herrings. For a debate bro, it’s hard to take this projecting charlatan seriously. Not to mention his flip flopping in attempts to not pin him down politically. We can all see Tim is a conservative, he looks more pathetic when attempting to hide it.
@@sprig5173 exactly, every time he was getting pinned he changed the subject (red herring). He wasn’t about to have his mind changed. There was one point when emma and freaky racist guy were talking about Ukraine, (even agreeing with one another) and Tim just chimes in like a child, do you guys want to go to war with China? My favorite thing about Pool is how he reads an article for the first time on the air then quickly clicks out of it when he realizes it's not parroting his propaganda. He's done that on several occasions and it's hilarious everytime he does it.
He's maybe the least threatening or imposing dude I've seen. Watching him try and steamroll over Emma while she is just calm and occasionally bemused was glorious. As a dude who genetics has 100% promised me will go bald: I cannot fathom thinking the beanie looks better. It just says "I'm immature and can't deal with reality". Then he said Prohibition made crime go down and confirmed yes, that's an accurate assessment of himself.
Has he ever addressed the beanie? I mean, we're all curious what kind of dome he's hiding. You'd think someone would've brought it up on one of his shows by now, lol.
Tim proving every aspect of his show is a hoax: Tim Pool: "If there is a story, and the story is exaggerated or manipulated in an effort to sway people to believe one faction over another, you are engaging in a hoax." Emma: "That's what you guys do? You post about small events of extreme crime." Tim: "We don't do that, you don't watch the show." Tim later: "Homeless people are pushing people in front of Subways! 25 people out of millions do it and we need to talk about it across the country!"
I know, it’s unfortunate Hasan isn’t aware of who AJW is. I know I’m going to sound like debate lord, but sometimes debates online aren’t useless, I’ve seen him in debate circles and he straight up dog whistles intentionally or unintentionally all the time. He likes to act professional and scientific but he’s a complete weirdo. He literally defended the 90s Broken Window policing strategy in NYC, which is why he was so excited when Emma brought up crime. I don’t know him enough to say he is a Nazi, but a lot of stuff he says is Nazi adjacent and he agreed to debate on the same side as a race realist so I mean there’s pretty fucked up. I think he cherry picked a bunch of data because he doesn’t think poverty causes crime because he probably believes the classic “fatherlessness and culture” bs. He basically thinks Black Americans are more prone to crime. Which is completely ridiculous if you have any academic knowledge whatsoever. But if he admitted poverty and crime were correlated his whole belief system would unravel. I mean his name is “Actual” justice warrior he perpetually stuck in gamergate era politics
As soon as the guy said poverty doesn't cause crime, I knew he would say "it's because black people are just criminals". Right wingers have been using the same talking points for eons.

First, it would appear that the uptick in violent crime levels in 2020 are roughly equivalent to what they were during the great depression in the 1930s. This bolster Emma's point about poverty and crime being related. Second, they are arguing the numbers in the 90s without the context of the time. As someone who was born in 1972 and watched the 90's unfold as an adult, I can give some perspective. The minimum wage was raised three times during the 90's and the economy grew so long without a crash they called it "the new economy". The 90's were a time of economic prosperity for everyone, not just the rich, so it bolsters Emma's point. As for the 60's and 70's with a huge spike, this was a time when integration and civil rights activity was rising and many racists were doing lynchings which contributed greatly to the violent crime rates, along with the minority militia groups that formed to protect themselves since the police weren't doing it. I suppose you could make the argument that a lynching is not financially motivated, but if you leave out that context and just point to raw crime numbers you're being misleading. By the time the 90's rolled around, you had an entire generation that grew up integrated and people became a lot more chill and less territorial. The 90's was well known for being PC, becoming accepting of gays, accepting interracial couples as normal, very liberal. The internet was born which jumpstarted a new economic revolution that regular people could get in on without being gatekept by institutional wealth, but social media didn't exist yet so our brains had not been rotted. And on top of that we got rid of lead in gas and paint. There are several; contributing factors to the violent crime rates dropping in the 90s.
Wages (and employment) did not track growth or inflation for the lower economic class. The economy grew steadily but distribution changed. Personal and national debt climbed radically and much ‘wealth’ was from new/over-valued markets or financial products. Domestic manufacturing largely went overseas.

These communities that experience the most poverty are mostly black and brown communities that’s not because the people are black and brown it’s because of systemic and systematic racism keeping it that way. Emma: “You ARE that guy bro”
Excellent post!
Slay with the history lesson
Wages (and employment) did not track growth or inflation for the lower economic class. The economy grew steadily but distribution changed. Personal and national debt climbed radically and much ‘wealth’ was from new/over-valued markets or financial products. Domestic manufacturing largely went overseas.

He literally said, it’s the other way around, and failed to explain how, went on to his opinion of he thinks justice should act or be. And obviously crime and poverty become cyclical, that doesn’t remove the root of the problem which is poverty causing the first “shop lift”. Do you think people are just stealing for funzies and that causes the neighbourhoods to “decay” thus causing poverty? Or that poverty causes both the decay and crime initially? Also, retell “the argument” if you know it and I don’t. It’s pretty vague to just claim my knowledge of something with out explaining where you think I went wrong. I doubt you’d like vague comments. My comment is obviously a parody on dudes “counter”. What ever attempt at evidence he provided failed and they agreed the problems of crime and poverty become a cycle with both causing both to happen simultaneously. Remember how they agreed on that and reviewed the study of lead causing crimes too? Gee, I wonder what communities suffered the most lead exposure. I think we can both agree that poverty is sort of baked into our system and some communities in the us have been deliberately neglected and kept in poverty over decades to where it’s all but impossible for the communities to “pull themselves up by their bootstraps” with out the nation’s government assisting them. These communities that experience the most poverty are mostly black and brown communities that’s not because the people are black and brown it’s because of systemic and systematic racism keeping it that way. The fact that there are still different communities based on color is a result of racism. Sucks we don’t just have “communities” over the few centuries we’ve been a nation. No, we need a “China town” and “black community”. I used to always wonder why that was, I’m willing to bet it was discrimination laws that sort of forced people to form their own communities and we haven’t really broken the needless trend.

Did the criminals grow up in a bubble that only had crime? Or did they grow up in the real world where there is good and evil and they still chose to commit crimes on innocent people? How was someone able to manipulate you into such ignorance that these people didn't know good from bad?
@@fatmonkey4716 you sound like someone that can’t put cause and effect into use. I’m talking about how poverty leads to crime. I think crime is bad. What is the point you’re trying to make?
@@Umberto2 In America, you have lots of opportunities to get out of poverty. Investing is a good way to start, it takes a long time, but is passive, so you can invest and still work. Get another job, start a business, get skills that will increase wages. Your choices keep you poor. Poor people make poor choices that come with poor consequences.
@@fatmonkey4716 you can’t seem to understand basic sociology or social science. Poverty leads to crime. This is established fact. I don’t care about the other stuff you are saying. It doesn’t matter.
I had a look at the comments on the original video...
It's a cesspool of completely backwards think from people who somehow still think Tim "Trump will beat Biden in a landslide" Pool is someone worth listening to.
He is, cope🤣
That’s where the regular well-adjusting working class people are hanging out, you prolly wanna stay over here
@@kawasakithegeneral2367 regular working class people who listen to Tim pool say Donald Trump will win the election in a 50 state landslide? those kind of “regular” people?
@@Radjhitoocool uhh yeah bro that is a 100% accurate characterization. We all know the left is v good at accuracy
@@kawasakithegeneral2367 I can tell you’re a Tim pool fan because you’re immediately denying what he said and arguing semantics
who is the lipless lackey that Tim has on board because he can't possibly take on anyone by himself?
Idk but she bodied that guy's b.s., too. 🤣☠
@@boondocksdragon8959 I didn't think m*rd*r was allowed on YT but I've seen gobs of videos of Emma's double m*rd*r allll over the place w/zero content warnings 😂😂
Emma genuinely was enjoying herself. Omega level.
This is a good time to remind people Tim didn't even go past the first year of high school and very clearly did not grow past that stage
Tim’s background seems like it was generated from ChatGPT.
“The most male background is a guitar next to samurai sword in crossed position with shotgun - combat or double barrel. Art piece in corner - preferably abstract to derive own interpretation and convince others theirs is incorrect.”
How is everybody here completely ignoring the fact that the lady was trying to justify sexually explicit books being pushed on our kids?
The premise was that conservative women are more attractive. Emma not only put Little Black Beanie Boy in his place, she'd never looked better than when she did!!😊
They r more attractive, cope🤣
@@maskedentrepreneur22yea marjorie titan greene is a real looker huh
@@ellamayothethird906she is much better looking than most libs which usually have blue/pink hair and r overweight etc. But sure there definitely more attractive🤣
@@maskedentrepreneur22you've never seen a woman outside of Walmart huh?
@@maskedentrepreneur22 Ironic that a cope poster like you would utter the word cope. And of course that considering that the most prominent examples for reichwing women are Blowbert and Perjury Traitor Greene it is most ironic indeed.
i tried so hard to watch the vod of this but i couldn’t get over having to watch the dude with no lips speak
If I were Tim I would've just pretended there was an issue with the audio and trashed the episode. This is so embarrassing for him.
What point did she win?
"The Left" in Ohio proposes an abortion ballot initiative and our conservative state representatives change the rules in an effort to circumvent said abortion initiative.
