That is one lovely OBDII scanner computer tool. I don't work on automotive, having said that however, even I can realize the benefit of a tool that powerful. And yes, I think you should keep it, that would be the smart play, and you know it.
Nice candid review of the CRP919E. That 02 Camry 4-cylinder has a known issue which is the back cylinder head bolts come loose because of stripped threads hence the oil consumption. Only fix is to re-tap/re-thread the stripped holes and get new bolts. Thanks for the review on this tool with the Toyota and Lexus which is hard to find on youtube. God bless my friend.
Thank you and glad you enjoyed the review! I had a lot to learn as I've never had a scan tool of this magnitude before. The Camry burns a quart of oil about every 2000 miles but has over 250k on it now!
That is a nice scanner I have the thinkcar version smaller than that launcher version you have it is a nice tool to help diagnosis I haven't filled went into mine yet to see what all it has
I think LAUNCH CRP 919 E is a Bidirectional Scanner. Does it do EGR Reset ? Doesbit do Fuel Pump scan for Fuel Pressure ? How about Compression test for Spark , Sparkplugs ? By the way that won't scan 2001 02 Toyota Camry they are not compatible. I asked LAUNCH before .
I'm sure that everything depends on what the manufacturer allows you to do and its compatibility with the vehicle but if the manufacturer allows it you should be able to do those tests.

I bought this launch crp919e i love it only downside is its wired.
Interest in getting one, but unable to tell if it can read live transmission fluid temperature data?.
Not sure on this one, but it can depend on the manufacturer whether or not that data can be shown.
That's a nice tool to have. Thanks Casey
This thing is amazing at what it will do!
So it doesn't have a missfire counter?
Have you tried to do an adaptive relearn of a Ford Focus transmission? Mine seems unable to do it. Not impressed with it.
I have not tried that. Sometimes the manufacturer will not allow it to be done on scan tools and that may be the case in this scenario.
Yes
That's nice

Do you know if you can program a key fob with this scanner?
I don't know for sure, it may depend on the manufacturer and what they allow with the scan tool. Sorry I can't help much!
For Ford,Honda,Toyota old cars should be no issue.
