Don't think i can explain how much I enjoyed this. My eyes were glued to the screen the whole time, your narration detailing your choices and why you made them, the intuitions you had along the way helped heaps. I'm going to try and use similar steps to yours and see what I can bring out from my imagination. How is it that you chose the initial palettes btw? I've loved your palettes ever since Pinstripe, and Neversong astounded me even more. Thank you for the vid !!

As a game dev who works primarily in adobe animate (im wanting to become more familiar with Photoshop) it was really cool seeing the creative process. Watching another developer work will be helpful when I decide to work in photoshop. The bob ross vibes are cracking me up lol.

There's no up or down on Earth except the sky and the ground, so any building that's shaped like an "upside down cross", is also shaped like a normal cross, unless it was built vertically, which this one wasn't. Just walk around the building and you're fine. There, problem solved.

I was wondering have you tried vector art? How about making tiles sets? Do you use unity sprite shape/ ferr2D? If you made the art in vector for games how would you approach it? I want to see you at some point make some vector art.

At some point I wasn’t like your video because you mean what you do is easy for all. But I’ve recently play your game Neversong, I’ve really have a great time playing it, enjoy the game, the art and gameplay is simple but efficient ! And now just showing your skill and do some video on you making art is a lot better than trying to explain everyone can do it ! I like that video ! I stay tuned !
