      You can get it without the challenge. Just save the m13 as a blueprint in offline mode and you can use it for online

      Do this! Get in a groundwar match and ask if anybody has the blueprint in all chat before the game starts. If somebody does all they have to do is drop it for you in DMZ and then you have to extract. You don’t actually need to kill the chemist

    I’d really love to see color adjustments on your charts. I’m colorblind and it’s very hard to tell between 2-4 shots to kill
    Maybe swap the colors of 3&7?

    That’s crazy how they nerfed the TAQ-V, then took it out of competitive, and then nerfed it again. What does IW have against this gun? Especially since the TAQ-56 is just better, especially in ranked

      They made the SCAR-H a decent gun, remembered how bad it was in MW19 and Warzone 1, and decided “Yeah we screwed up, it needs to be bad again” for the five people who used it.

      Taq 56 definitely is not better. Every single shot has to hit the upper torso when you can hit their toe with a Taq V from a much further range. Also only needing 1 headshot to get a 105 ms ttk is incredibly affective

      ​@user-il6qz7km6x because those guns with a higher caliber are going to be tuned to have heavier recoil, less ammo, slower movement speed, slower ADS etc etc. The only thing those guns have going for them in a arcade game is range and velocity which it doesn't so why use it?

      @@azraelthegod8388 There's some relevance in MP. Any time you move a damage drop off, there's potential for TTK to change based on number of shots needed at 100 HP. It's obvious amplified at 250 HP and longer ranges, but it still matters.

      There are a million things in this game that are absolutely bonkers. As one further example, look at how many barrel attachments there are which increase your bullet velocity, but decrease your damage range. How does THAT make any sense?

      @@uberschnilthegreat22 Not necessarily. It's like how in real life a bullet can go through the body and people barely flinch or feel it at the moment, because it goes so fast that the energy of the bullet is not transfered into the body of the target.

      @@uberschnilthegreat22 That depends completely on caliber size, length of the bullet itself, and the powder load behind it.
      Firing a .22LR at 1,700m/s would certainly be fun, but true size of the round itself leaves it with very little in terms of a wounding effect. You'd essentially be punching a needle very quickly through someone's body, if the weight of the bullet would even allow it to travel through and not lodge.
      However, something like a .50BMG would certainly work quite well with an even higher velocity, as the heft and size of the bullet would pierce in, and then act as a vacuum as it punches its way out the othet side, essentially turning your target's insides into a shrapnel smoothie.
      TL;DR, kinetic force, ballistics and physics are weird.

      Look at the Minibak. It’s the slowest firing SMG and it somehow has a 7 shot kill range when the FSS Hurricane and MX9/Aug Para don’t. Yet it still got nerfed.

    Ace, I think for the TAQ-V, now the first dmg range and second range can be combined. The 1 dmg diff is probably some rounding error

      Meanwhile the SCAR-L is still dominating next to the RPK and brand new APC556/300. 9_9
      They did the same thing with the GM6 Lynx by nerfing its range and anything that isn't upper torso damage, but left the AW-50 alone completely, even though that's what everyone is using.
      If anything, I feel like the M14 coulda used a recoil reduction, not a speed increase. -_-

      @@sylokthedefiled3047 dont you mean the Honey Badger? Victus XMR is the worst sniper - ADS time isn’t special and it has the slowest fire rate. Damage is better with the SPX-80 and LA-B 330.

      @@bobdarrick2628 I strictly play DMZ. Completely different meta to online. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
      The AW-50 (Victus) has the fastest bullet velocity, flattest trajectory, and best max headshot damage range.
      Edit: and no, I do t mean Honey Badger. I mean the SCAR-L(TAC-56). Thing was dominant in DMZ before the APC556(ISO) came out in S2. But the SCAR-H (TAC-V) was the gun that got the nerfs for some stupid reason, even though hardly anyone used it. Same goes for the MG338(RAAL). They nerfed that thing several times for some dumb reason even though no one in DMZ and WZ used it very much.

    I don't really understand some of the weapon balancing that's being done. Mostly because if the subtle changes are meant to affect how things function against armor, they -originally- stated a while back that Warzone and core multiplayer would have their own separate weapon values.

    It's interesting to see game balance as this ecosystem of 3 different games with very different rules of engagement and standards. now you can put armor in custom games and i've remembered yesterday there's more daily exp challenges in warzone. I can complete with for my Battle pass and nonsense. I'm sad to see the incendiary ammo killing was a bug. while I do still use it and kill streaks well with it, you can't kill a chopper gunner or VTOL fast enough where it goes down before half your team leaves in a rage quit. Still better than frangible for quick fix and Battle rage enemies.

    I hate to praise Activision for anything, but I really like the way they’re handling weapon balancing in this game. They’re making small changes to keep the meta flatter and more open, unlike in the previous games where every gun seemed to have a rollercoaster of going from OP to nerfed into the ground (at least over the past few years). I still think there should be some snipers that one shot against three plates in Warzone, but that’s just my opinion. I recently started really getting into the FTAC Recon in 6v6 and the SO-14 in Warzone, so of course I’m happy about both those changes. But I feel for my sniping friends.

    I haven’t run into anyone using the 762 in warzone and hardly anyone uses it in multiplayer; it seems like a really unneeded nerf, albeit a small one.

      Which is funny considering for the first two months of the game if people weren't grinding out guns, the AK and 74U were EVERYWHERE. Not strictly complaining on the base model. But, it wasn't that uncommon of a sight. There are however a lot of good ARs in the game so as people unlocked others they may have found something that fit their playstyle more and dropped the AK despite the TTK

    It’s only the extra/alternate 300 blackout ammunition types (ie: 300 blackout armour piercing, over pressured, ex)that are glitched and can’t be unlocked, the regular 300 blackout can be used and it was crazy in WZ2 and DMZ due to being hitscan and increased damage with almost no downside

      They've been doing that and other devs do that as well. I really wish they'd just stick to balancing them based off the numbers and just relaxed when the community drifts towards using what's easiest gun since it's just natural for a crowd to take the path of least resistance.
      Reminds me of the BO1 CZ-75 with the Full Auto attachment: made the pistol worse in TTK but everyone used it since it was easier than spamming a semiauto.

      That’s the only reason why the Minibak was nerfed probably. That gun needed a buff if anything. Slowest firing SMG yet it had a 7 shot kill range somehow. Now it lost its good range and it has bad range. It’s damage was very consistent and now it’s unforgiving. That gun is usable not not competitive and it’s out of balance. Needs a buff.

    I feel like every weapon balance changing this game directly revolves around selling blueprints in the store to free to play Warzone players. Release overpowered blueprint. Then release a “balance patch” a few weeks into the new season once a certain internal quota of blueprint sales has been met☹️

    I really wish the balancing adopted the balancing that Smash went through during its life cycle; buff the bad stuff, don't nerf the good stuff. It allowed for more stuff to be viable and allowed for more variety instead of only letting a few things become top dog.

      I mean smash absolutely nerfed some crazy stuff. Bayonetta and cloud were both heavily nerfed from smash 4, Bayonetta getting further nerfs, as well as popular choices like Ike and Pichu getting significant nerfs
      I get that buffing stuff is important, but pretty much every game in existence requires some degree of nerfing too, and pretending it doesn't happen just muddies the waters

      @@stefanovioli3736 games have had nerfs and buffs for decades? You realize that the original mw2 needed nerfs after release as well right?
      Don't get me wrong, these games are definitely releasing unfinished. That said it is childishly unrealistic to expect zero nerfs or buffs whatsoever, especially given how hard it is to judge balance before you have millions of players putting thousands of hours in.
      It is near impossible, maybe fundamentally impossible, to release a game in a state of perfect balance.

    They had just added the purple tracer bundle with the RPK. A couple days later they nerf the RPK. Good thing I don't buy bundles anymore. In the past I would have picked up the tracer pack RPK for sure. Every decision and/or change made in this game is to sell more bundles

      @@NITROexpress17 The Expedite takes more skill to use properly than a spam shotgun like the Broadside. The Expedite is a very secretly powerful weapon though nobody realizes it until someone starts shitting on them with it.
      I don't really think the Broadside needs to be nerfed though. It's probably too strong in Warzone but idgaf about Warzone.

      ​@@Scroolewse they gotta increase the range on the Expedite by like 1/2 meters or so. It was the most inconsistent shotty I used while going for Orion. Somehow can't get oneshots with attachments while hipfiring or ads but can apparently do so stock. Made no nsense

      @@BetaBreaking I really do not know what you're talking about. Its base one shot range is 10m which is really damn good. With just a choke and speed attachments it destroys people.
      Hipfire is inconsistent for sure but it's manageable with a point GP 3 laser.

    Thing is reducing damage but keeping same shots to kill is still a nerf, many gunfights you have the enemy isn't at full health and the reduction in damage can increase shots to kill

    The moment the TAQ-V goes from a 6 to 7 shot kill at close range with full plates it becomes useless in Warzone/DMZ and becomes just a worse alternative to other lower caliber less recoil guns with higher fire rates which have the same TTK

      Honestly im at the point with ttk and damage that i feel were all just better off maxing ammo capacity and armor plates. This sh.t getting too complicated to play day to day. Ill just use fn ground loot since i witnessed a full plated teammate rail someone with a taq v but enemy can just bull rush with a GROUND 2 piece fennec from 40 feet away while taking bullets. Sbmm just has 0 place for warzone and when they keep changing dmgs....rip

    I feel like the TAQ-V isn’t my favorite battle anymore cuz of the nerf it got to movement speeds, bullet velocity, and range reduction. I probably would take either the Lachmann 7.62 or the FTAC Recon when it comes to replacing my favorite in the gun category.

      It is still very easy to get 2shot kills, it just dosen't move as fast. In semi it is still a powerhouse.
      I don't really enjoy much the other BRs because of the recoil those have, and I don't like to make them slow to improve it.

      @@chrisk1458 That's because IW are completely inept at everything they do, including weapon balance. It's very simple to balance bursts:
      1) Give it very low burst delay with high base RPM but give it a lot of recoil.
      2) Give it high burst delay with lower RPM but make it pinpoint accurate.

    The ScarH "Taq-V" & Honey-badger "Chimera" were my favorite guns until season 2. Now they both aren't nothing special at all & I've quit using them. I haven't seen anybody talking about the Honey-Badger but it definitely got nerfed. I can feel it.

      With the Chimera is perhaps the ranges, I didn't feel the nerf, but the difference in ranges when using the phoenix barrel is noticeable. With it and using the gun in semi, you can get a 3 shot kill almost always as long as you hit the head once. And most engagements only need 3 shots to kill, sometimes only 2 with the head+upper torso combo. But without that barrel, then most engagements are only 3 shots minimum and at longer distances you need 4 to 5.

    What exactly are the battle rifles supposed to be. They seem like they are meant to be hybrids of Assault and Marksman rifles but usually just seem to be one or the other. Lachman 762 and TAQ-V both feel like ARs and Ftac and SO-14 both feel like marksman rifles

      Who knows, I thought they were supposed to be hybrids between AR, Marksmans and SMG. That is what the Battle part sounds to me. But the thing with them is that they are like marksman rifles that can use grenade launchers and masterkeys, and that can be configured for movement speed while mantaining a 1 shot kill to the head or 2 tap to the body at close ranges. But of course, the damage is way lower than with a marksman rifle, and the ranges too.
      Initially they were bad at long ranges, now they are a bit better but still you need a lot of attachments to reduce the idle sway, which is the main culprit of missing shots at a distance, and you can't hold your breath with them.

    Surely the whole point of the fire rounds is the get those kills when not dealing 100 damage…
    If you deal 90+ damage, it should get you that kill

      @@ShengYu1995 It only annoys people if you ignore the fact you would've lost that gunfight if they didn't use the ammo.
      Most people who use that ammo go for the 90 damage shot as opposed to the shot that does 100 damage and kills you. On automatic weapons when the burn kills you you'd have died regardless in most cases.

      I think that's due to fact them adding this armor damage mechanics. I know that it shoudn't apply to multi but we all know how this works.
      Basicly everything became inconsisnt in warzone and in MP because script is going nuts. I've seen dozens examples of shooting guy in any range and not getting hits.

    I don’t think I will use the rpk anymore. I would run the rpk with every single attachment for aim down sight tuned for aim down sight and it would feel like an smg that could hit cross the map because it still had no recoil because it’s basically an lmg still

    Having the same dmgs put toward DMZ , warzone , and mp is just chaos. Makes things so over complicated. I mean has anyone tried bas p at close range in warzone? It literally feels like it shoots marshmallows, but then the mx9 and fennec vaporizes people. Cant imagine a newbie casual trying to have any fun with certain guns outside of MP.

    I never thought that Taq-V was overpowered in MP. I rarely ever see people use it even in ground war where the distances are greater. The times I saw people use it, nobody ran it in semi-auto. I love the gun, but the 762 is just better.

    This is disappointing, they're only nerfing popular builds even if theyre not OP anymore, just to get people to realize their builds suck now and have to change. None of this is with 6v6 mp in mind, which means Activision lied when they said theyd keep Warzone & MP decisions seperated. This is the last CoD im ever buying, bummer. Sucks to end this way, there are no good shooting franchises left.

    Wish you had tested the barrels on the ak it used to be that the ones that reduced range had Alonzo t no effect but with the base range change it could be bad to run them now.

      I created a kastov 7.62 build and at the range it took me 1 less shot to kill the farthest dummy than it did the middle one. So yea some attachment combos with tuning make weird scenarios

    I really have no idea why they nerfed the Incendiary to not do it's one job. The whole point of the round is to do burn damage to a player after they've been shot, but if there's now a cap on it and it can't be used to one-shot players anymore, as you mentioned it's completely useless. Clearly they made this change to appease to the Warzone whiners who complain about getting one-shot with full plates because somebody decided to use a mechanic in the game, and it's complete nonsense. There's a risk-reward to using Incendiary ammo and now they've reverted it back to being useless again.

    the multiplayer needs a SERIOUS rework like how WWII did everytime i play this this game i always see issues that make me want to uninstall it..
    * There's No Perk or attachment that helps you see that red diamond above enemy's heads at long ranges like in previous game
    - like Gun perk 'Recon' from MW2019
    - or the 'Lookout' perk from WWII
    - or the Flashlights in Black ops Cold War
    but in MWII you get NOTHING!! that helps you!!
    * They have eliminated Stealth from the Game
    - The Ghost perk is useless when your firing your weapon even with a suppressor
    - Dead Silence makes a noise when you activate it eliminated the point of Dead Silence so you cannot sneak and flank the enemy team

    Here's how it works.. first nerf meta weapon being used the most. Second... Strongly buff a similar weapon like the sq .. then sell packs and blueprints... When sales drop off .. repeat the process.
