Robert's been losing to mark forever and i always look for his smirk😂

It’s hard to compete when Cuban is worth over $5B
Roberts NOW on the NEW season of sharktank Austrailia. The old heads of Aussie Shark tank are all gone, with a new breed of aussie sharks
Why do these two 20 something’s present and speak 10x better than half the full grown adults who pitch… Very impressed
Confidence and belief in their product always helps
a certain leader comes to mind
Both are White.
probably because they had rich parents
lol I know right?
As a professor who had to pack and unpack my way through 12 years of college for 3 degrees, I WOULD HAVE LOVED THIS SERVICE. If this was on my campus I'd tell all of my students. I love that they also employ students. Brilliant.
Employ students? You mean for the full TWO weeks out of the year when students move out and move back in? One week of each. You are acting like students are being given high paying permanent jobs. In fact, I’m not sure why any student would want to work for them. Must students are busy with finals and their own move out than to make a couple hundred bucks moving other peoples crap. The company is a terrible idea for everyone except people who live in an unfurnished house or apartment and where they have bought a bunch of stuff and where they aren’t staying for the summer. That was a lot of caveats. Just because they claim to be making millions it doesn’t mean it’s true.
And what do you do for a living, hm?
@@jakeviridus-ph4yjwhy would it matter? Why won’t you deal with the contents of my response? Students are being “employed” for two weeks of the year where they have to be getting paid nothing for these guys to make profit. Students who pay to have their stuff moved are only students who live off campus and have bought a bunch of useless junk that costs more than $700 to make this idea worth it.
It’s a bad business model. And they are lying about how much they made which is why so many business agreements with sharks fall through.
@@WineandBrew What's with the unnecessary attitude? (BTW, the company is making $4mill a year and still going strong)
It just sickens me when so many new jobs being “created” are two week long stints that pay pretty much nothing. Let’s not call that employing students. Let’s call that using students as slaves to enrich yet another evil company.
No clue where you got $4M from but I don’t believe it. I would believe a tax statement but nothing pulled off the internet.
I love how Mark is genuinely happy for these guys & their business. He appreciates honest & hard work
Of course Mark is a hell of a partner to have, but man is super sad to see Robert loose out on deals even when he offers MORE money 😆
They were already successful, I'd choose the equity over extra money any day
More money but also more equity lost. 20% is a huge chunk of the business. They made the right decision.
@@Grant849this. Losing equity over more money is a huge blow. I believe they were in Shark tank for exposure and to get a good partner. Their bussiness is already suaves full.
* lose out
lose
Man, what more has Robert got to do. It seems like he is there to just be a dummy to test out different things, jump into a pool, lift weights etc etc
Robert and Daymond, and I guess Kevin too, just get passed over all the time. Daymond I think makes fewer offers because of it.
@@EGarrett01 Daymond and Kevin still have had higher payouts than Mark. Mark is one of the least successful of the sharks in terms of actually having a return on investments, but people still go for him because he's the most famous.
@@xsah2Agreed 100%. I checked up on him once and Cuban has not beaten the S&P 500 or inflation with his investments, his money came from the Yahoo sale which was rated as one of the worst acquisitions ever, and him buying the Dallas Mavericks which he didn't do as an investment.
@@EGarrett01daymond also scammed one of the businesses that he invested in it was Bubbas ribs and daymond is just greedy and not a good partner
Robert often makes really high offers, like 35% and such. He also often pulls out after the show. Mark often understands what the entrepreneur is looking for beyond money, in this case they wanted to protect their valuation and not giv 20%.
I love how they expressed gratitude after each and every offer
THEY FINALLY GOT THE AUDIO RIGHT
That feeling when the video editor learns what mono and stereo are
Yup and no live audience. If it aint broke ...
What was wrong with it
@@switchunboxing they always mess it up on youtube
Very sharp pair of guys and I love how respectful they were. Hope to see them go places.
This service has been on my campus for years! So cool to see the behind the scenes of the business.
Which campus?
@@shouldigetit Georgetown
I love when the sharks genuinely cheer on young entrepeneurs. Mark was truly happy for their hustle and success.
Haha I hate seeing Robert sad face when he doesn't get it
This business is brilliant! I think they could double their prices and be just as successful. I was an RA in college and students left so much stuff behind because it couldn't fit. The dumpster at a college campus doing a move-out is gold. Then they have to repurchase everything when they return. This is such a great idea.
I think they need to look to replace Robert. He's obviously a very successful businessman, more successful then I'll ever be. But, it seems like the contestants just don't relate to him for anything in particular. I've seen so many times where he'll make an offer and they'll just be like "anyone else?". All of the other sharks bring overt value, like we know what their strengths are. Aside from capital, I really don't know what Robert's strong suits are. I'm sure he has a ton of them, but nobody knows lol.
Also has a bad reputation for not going through with the deals
Robert is a huge name in tech and cybersecurity. that’s his strong suit. but he also has deals with “flyers” as he calls it when the personality is there but other sharks are skeptical. soundcloud is the biggest example of that.
personally if i was in the tank i would be open to all of them. robert would be after mark but right there with lori and kevin for me.
Do you tend to "think" too much in daily life, too ?!? Ehhh?
Became Robert has the lowest actual closing rate on the deals, also his speciality is IT and is just not super applicable for 99% of businesses
@@rollmfhumpsI was just about to mention that. Robert has issues closing the deals after the cameras are off
I actually looked them up before. I was struggling to move. I'm a girl and I'm pretty weak with carrying boxes from the 3rd floor and no elevator. I had no family member to help me and I also move away far from my hometown.. I had to rely on people I just meant..
Which I felt was a burden to ask... I'm glad there people to finally think and help those who really need this service because it is so exhausting. ❤ much love
People are wondering why Robert wasn't picked, but if you look at the closing rate of deals, he's nearly tied with Lori to close the least amount of deals
Exactly and Lori very rarely goes solo, she always tries to lure some other shark with her...
Lori has a lot of deals.... Robert hardly gets a deal
He also wasn't picked because he was offering these guys something they didn't need. They asked for $250K. Doubling that amount but also wanting double the equity of Mark doesn't make sense for these two guys, especially because they already established a $1M+ business. Robert would end up taking way more money from them in the long run than Mark would.
This is a big reality check for Robert. He thinks Mark gets deals over him because he has more money but this proves money is not the most important thing. Mark is simply considered a better shark and the company’s interest aligns with him.
despite being older mark exudes cool for a younger crowd vs anyone else up there. No brainer.
Anyone else thinks the rumors of Robert bailing on deals perhaps influences decisions on the tank? I would be hesitant to making a deal with Rob for that reason
They aren’t rumors he does bail out. And yes I wouldn’t make a deal with him either
What I like about mark is that when he is super interested in a deal, he waits till the end to hear from others and think through it and finally makes an offer which in most situations is a win/win for both sides. Love u Sir!
I’ve noticed! It’s such a smart tactic because then he gets to see what everyone’s valuing them and willing to offer, and then his counter offer will always be more strategic
I’ve noticed that too, he’s so patient and observing everything like he’s always the last Shark to talk it feels like. He knows his value, no entrepreneur entering the Shark tank wants to leave before hearing from him
Mark is really a smooth slick shark 🦈!! 😂
He also has such a huge advantage in name recognition and marketing power. It's a little unfair in situation like this.
this company is worth 10 mill now. Impressive and as long kids are going to college, they are always in demand
I wish this was available at UIC, my alma mater, when I was an undergraduate. I hope they wish it was there for future students in Illinois.
Love how hardworking this guys are!!!
Mark tries to maximize value for himself AND the entrepreneur and thinks long term, whereas all the other sharks try to maximize the value just for themselves in the short term.
One word on these young men "Respect" 💪🏾👌🏾
Why do you use POC emojis, they are white..
@@mikeypiros6647 probably because she is black?
robert saying "you cut their valuation in half" like he didn't offer in the same valuation
Love this idea, it greats a high barrier to entry because once a university partners with a storage company then thats usually solidified.
This my favorite thing to ever roll through shark tank
I feel really bad for Robert. He really believes in these folks. A classic story of unrequited love.
Here's what I wish the fellas had done instead: Ask Mark and Rob if they were willing to collaborate.
The valuation both sharks offered was essentially the same. And I imagine Rob would have jumped on it, just because he loves the guys and their idea. (Not to mention, they'll likely need that extra money!)
But even if he didn't, it would still have proven that they appreciate Rob's willingness to bet big money on them and they get to strengthen that relationship a little.
That said, I love these guys and their idea -- little risk, high reward potential. Throw in a moat and they can easily be $500million business in 8 years or less.
Actually, Robert looks like a real wolf in sheep's clothing. He is always trying to rip the businesses up like Daymon while Mark always makes sure that it's a fair deal for the entrepreneurs as well. Robert is really sneaky and extremely passive aggressive. To me, he always looks like he's trying to play the role of a "good guy", while underneath he is a ruthless selfish person.
LoL
The moat is exclusive agreements with universities.
Legend has it they are still putting their hand’s together as they speak.
Congratulations though nice!
Daymond was trying to get in on Mark's deal near the end and got rejected I think xD
For everyone else wanting to be debt-free, don't go to college. Go to a trade school instead. Cheaper, less time spent there, and actual well-paying careers when you graduate. Unfortunately I learned this lesson late in life.
Did anyone noticed that the blond guy could be a double of Brad Pitt? 😮😊
What a great idea! I love how they included students into this business. Amazing, just keep up the good work guys!
wow robert had a real good offer, but yeah can't beat the possible connects with mark.
Wow that’s amazing. Robert was pretty shocked I think. Mark is like a big white shark there lol
Mark was the perfect match!!! His connections and brand are way more valuable than Robert’s money.
I'd have gone with Robert, he's a nice guy
She should do it for charity to keep people working recieving a income and learning how to weave .
Let's go baby. Robert is in shreds.
Mark will always get the deal if the offer is same. He's THE shark.
Um no that's incorrect. THE shark is Lori. She swims circles around Mark and she's essentially the ruler of Shark Tank.
I use a company just like this called college boxes. It’s great.
Robert makes no sense. He told Mark you cut there deal in half but he was doing the same thing. Lol
Nobody can compete with Mr. Dallas
I think Mark has the right personlity for their company when comparing him to Robert. Although, I do think Robert's was better considering the increased money, but then you also have to consider the reach Mark has. Very difficult choices.
Robert did them a great favor ❤
Great idea and business!! Thinking outside the box on potential need and making a successful business! Very impressive!
Damn what a perfect pitch and negotiation
This sounds like something mark would come up with in college haha
Has anybody observed, daymond never sees eye to eye when he gives his offers
Once a certain shark comes in, the rest have no chance...
I love this idea! I personally couldn’t have afforded the $$ to pay for the service, but then could have worked for them! It’s really hitting both ends! I ca see why colleges would dig working with them. Getting Mark was the right move (this hits his passion zone), but I love Robert so much!
At the end, Robert frustratingly tells Mark “you cut their value in half”.
Newsflash!! It’s the same exact valuation Robert gave when he offered twice as much money for twice as much equity!! 🤦♂️
I don’t understand mark offered 250k for 10%. How did he cut the value in half where robert offered the same 500k for 20%
like they said at the end of the video, it’s not always about the money that’s invested. they even said that mark was the shark they wanted to get the deal with since he is very big on helping with student loans, etc. and he has connections to school and universities. picking any other shark when they do not have as much connections as mark would’ve been a mistake.
What do you mean he cut the value in half thats the same valuation
He was referring to cutting the entrepreneur’s valuation in half.
@@xsah2 i have the same question, Robert said so at the end of the video
@@brucelee3677 Robert offered the same

Amazing idea guys, keep it up.
Poor Robert got ignored again....
Love it when Mark gets a deal
he always get a deal.
They own 30/70 (partners) and now mark owns 10 percent, I wonder from whom the 10 gonna come from?
Perhaps 5 each? 25/65 and mark 10, or maybe the full 10 from the main owner? 60/30 ?
Maybe 10, 27, 63
It’s a good question. Many of these deals never actually go through so it probably won’t matter.
these two actually came for Mark 😂
Damon always sits and looks like he is seriously constipated.
Robert😢😂
Mark is the only one who applauds little achievements and seems genuinely happy for people. Good man.
Nice sharing video...Very inspiring and useful.. great 🇲🇨🌼❤️✋👍👍
The blondie reminds of Brad Pitt
These guys totally came in this pitch wanting Mark right off the bat no matter what.
Should have asked Robert and Mark to join hands and make it a 2 shark deal.
Wow, that landed nice.
This is so smart! I hope they take off!
I would've thanked robert too tbh just for the good offer
First presentation, then negotations and then Mark gets the deal.
The Sam guy looks like a young mark Cuban.
Mark I think won this one over Robert because Mark has a bigger name and more money to his name.
Smart Kids
Robert wanted the app...😮
At their age I was in college and drinking everyday sleeping on peoples couches with no job
Robert was salty asf😂😂😂😂
Mark over money. He wins it everytime
I think this could be genius , imagine every college campus in the U.S using their services . If this is handled right every student it the States will move in and move out using their services .
Felt bad for robert, mark always wins
If and when Mark offers, dont hesitate. If and when Robert offers, pray he is not the only one offering becoz most likely he wont follow through. These kids are raising their parents well. Maybe they can adopt my 45 year old @$$ LOL.
Honestly, I think they gotta nerf Mark or take him off the show. He’s a great guy but it’s like every business comes in to make a deal with him.
Robert was offering more money tho and he’s also a tech guy
Good to know that the rich get richer is still applicable to millionaires and billionaires
why did robert say "you cut their valuation in half" when he did the exact same thing....
Robert is the shadow of mark
This idea has existed and been implemented for a long time. And $600 for the move is insane
Doesn't it include everything though? A lot of students at places like Wake Forest would think $600 is a pittance and usually I'm betting the parents will pay for it. Boxed, moved, stored, and then everything moved back for the summer... people would pay for sure for that.
@@buzztruckerI think the whole company is a terrible idea. So we are talking about a students who lives in an unfurnished room who has bought big appliances like a couch (because apparently the place didn’t have a couch?), doesn’t have a car or truck of their own to move it, isn’t sticking around for summer, and on top of that the stuff they are moving out is stuff they won’t need while they are gone for the whole summer. Make that make sense.
Are we instead talking about a student who lives in a furnished room or apartment but bought lots of stuff that they don’t actually need? Beyond a backpack, laptop (which fits in a backpack), pens, notebook, and back room essentials…I’m confused as to what else someone who lives in a furnished dorm would have brought with them.
The fact they were so respectful got them mark. Lol
they need kevin if they ever going to make any money .. kevin has more money than all shark combined . this company must be out of business by now . feel bad for them , always go for kevin , smart shark
😂..Mark has more money combined than all of the sharks.
Mark is the best shark !
$250k for 20% is criminal.
Holy alliteration.
I would have tried for mark and Robert, 250/10 each.
Everybody knows if mark gives you a offer you take it
I would absolutely never chose Robert. he always bails out after the show.
They was getting on my nerves not taking Mark's offer faster 😅
Get nervous much in daily life, too ?!? What is so funny about your comment? Ehhh?
@@warriormanmaxx8991 ....
@@warriormanmaxx8991Do you go around passing people off for having fun on a show because you're a terrible person?

The blonde guys like Archie from the comics
They should just call it the Mark Tank. If he’s in, the other sharks have no hope
Nothing you can do when Meg enters the tank. Sorry for the sharks.
