I have 3 protein shakes, 2 meal replacement shakes, and 2 collagen shakes between my husband and I. I have any entire cupboard area for those, my teas, and coffees. This would be amazing to be able to pack for part of my husbands lunch. It's always just a powder and scooper system.
Marks go to tactic of "my offer expires if you even look at another shark" is getting old fast and is taking away from the cut throat negotiations of the show. I understand he is trying to instill quick confident decision making but man relax a little and let the other sharks speak.

The market is mainly for those who want to take their powder with them and have it right after their workout. Personally, I always just scooped the powder into the empty bottle and transported it that way.
It just depends what kind you get. Also, there is a ton of recipes for smoothies and milkshakes so depending what you mix it with, it can taste really good.

It is a great product; however, when considering the purpose of packaging, it is not only meant to contain the product but also to protect it from environmental contamination. If the packaging is edible, doesn't that make the product itself more susceptible to germs, especially when placed on a table or other surfaces?
Gives you ownership on technology or look. In this case the packaging. So now they can sell the right to package protein to other companies, because they own the patent and companies will pay them.
