So after using this for 2 weeks here are some thoughts My movement / calories has never been higher according to my watch By switching between the bike standing and sitting I am able to stay focused longer while working without fidgeting or checking my phone Hips and back feels great You can get the bike HERE bit.ly/3cqN2G0 code HOME50 to save Buy On Amazon amzn.to/2IQ0GEQ Buy on Amazon without desk top amzn.to/39QLq6x
Are legs in a good position for cycling? Often, with such bikes, people seem to get knee issues because the pedals are not in the correct position in relarion to the body or the pedals too far apart.
Thanks for this review. I was looking at one of these to help my son with his virtual schooling. He has ADHD and has problems concentrating for 8 hours a day without movement. I also work on my computer a lot. This might help out!
Kalle are you still using the Flexispot V9 desk-bike regularly (everytime you are at the desk)? Or did you find something (like the swaying) eventually took you off from using it long term? Asking before I get one. -thanks for your advice
I use it but not every time. It really depends on the work I am doing at the time. I rotate between standing, the desk bike and sitting. I find it useful when I feel I have energy but need to focus mostly
@@KalleSWBeck makes sense, thank you for the valuable feedback. Seems worth it to me, but wanted to make sure it didn't fall apart or a key flaw emerges shortly after owning it. -respect
Works the same as new. The main reason I don’t use it as much is because I am now mountain biking and using a peloton knock off so already doing plenty of cycling 😅
Thanks for the review Kalle! I have one too, and I think its great. I am just looking for a more comfortable seat. How comfortable is the seat for you?
The sway wasn’t terrible with the bolt tightened mostly I bought it to go under my desk to begin with and it was the same price with the desk It IS better with a decoupled desk but totally useable as is
While working you will want to lightly pedal so it’s not really cardio but good to keep the hips loose I have to do a lot of video review for my coaching so I pick up the pace while watching videos
@@KalleSWBeck thank you so much. I always have a hard time looking for one for my size. Now that I'm retired l have plenty of time and outside bikes l can't get bc they are all sold out for my size. Take care and stay safe.

it says 220 lb weight limit and I am 250 do you think it will hold up for me?

I’ve been very happy with my purchase. I hope it works out for you!
@@KalleSWBeck Thanks again! Have a good one.

I find the seat very comfortable personally
You needed a decoupled desk to prevent the sway? Tightening the bolt under the attached desk was not sufficient?

@@KalleSWBeck thank you for the quick response. This seems great.
Could also walk around with the cell phone and get work and low intensity cardio in.
You can’t effectively work from a cell phone for what I do
I see, then this is a better choice.
Do you find that the swaying of your hips and torso interferes with your ability to type at speed?

Still worth it after a few months?
Yes I still use it daily
Kalle Beck thanks!!
This he bike should recharge the batteries
Hello Kalle, is this good for a short person? I'm only 4' 11
It might be a touch tall but should be fine. I’m 5’7
