How could you not like this guy? Long live the space man!
Ace is the true Rock Star!!! ‘Planet Ace’
I actually didn’t know Ace and Peter were going to be on the Unplugged so it was such a surprise for me!
It is so funny.
When i grew up in the 70’s you where either a Kiss OR a Sweet fan so Ace covering ”Fox On The Run” is great.
And it does suit his vocals very well. 🇸🇪🎸🎶
I love this guy. I can listen to hiZ interviews all morning... actually thatZ exactly what I'm doing. But... I'm not a fan of hiZ music and playing. I'm a Bruce Kulick fanatic when it comeZ to my being a KISS fan. I imagine itZ because I grew up with the Kulick/Carr era. 😆🥁🥁
Tommy Thayer does Ace's lawn care and hedges. He also does Ace's dishes - always by hand
10:17 Sweet not Slade.
Does Ace remember when Barry Gordy asked him to play guitar on Beat it and he cut a killer solo and didn't want $ or a credit on the album
Ace don't worry about your memory loss a lot of us suffer from it
He played 2 solos on Catc3
Change is the only song I like on that space invader album.
Bad Attitude and Blue Moon Over Brooklyn
Why does the interviewer's chair keep blurring in & out like that...it's very distracting.
It's a weird glitch with Zoom backgrounds.
I thought Ace played on you wanted the best & in your face?
He did, but his memory compromised, either as a byproduct of his self-medication or by convenience.
I could be wrong, but, I thought Ace sang on those songs and didn’t play them
@@quentintrask2258 if you listen to the solos, I think it sounds just like Ace
@@thenash76 it does, but, I always thought it was Tommy Thayer. Just a guess based on past interviews
Singing still qualifies as having made an appearance on a song.
Ace doesn't think very often.
??? Unplugged did not air on Halloween. It aired in August 1995.
It aired on Halloween. It was taped in August.
"Shakin' Sharp Shooter" is such a cool, unique, original title. Typical Gene for turning something like that into something cliched and ordinary.
"cliched and ordinary"? Not hardly. It was perfectly in keeping with his Spaceman character - something Ace himself has continued, ever since.
