  • Kirk Yuhnke checks out the brand new hand-held gaming system from ASUS - the ROG Ally X. It promises to be an better and improved version of the previous Ally handheld. ASUS said they took user feedback and improved the Ally. Is it worth $800?

      We all have our priorities in life, right? If you're not a gamer, $800 seems outrageous. Meantime the rest of us are like "where do I place my deposit?" 😂

    asus still can not manage to get rid of overheat problem.
    the other things are goid except this problem.

      They added 3 thinner fans for better cooling on the ally X I'd say don't judge until you see an actual review.

      They already address the issue on their youtube channel same with the SD card if your having a problem they gave a link in there. Its funny cause you only see comments like this on the Ally and not the other products which is not really the device fault it is ASUS costumer Service. I looked at other asus laptop reviews and I never see any comments like this only on the Ally.

    Funny that Asus listens to customer feedback in user experience of handheld but not listen to about their very bad warranty and after sales support 🤣

      @@nathanjuan6042 you can’t fool anybody here fanboy. They haven’t given any straight answer on their interview and they haven’t addressed those who have problems with their ally. You looked at their reviews on laptops?? How many are they? It’s does not mean that you see good reviews that none of the customers are having problems. Don’t insist your experience is applicable to all

      @@ronan5894 Yes I did watched asus laptop reviews and none of the comments are bout the CS only on the ally. Not a fanboy just stating facts. Dude try and watch their Q&A there is a topic about their CS, SD card issue and extended warranty. If your just a hater then its pointless to argue with you. Anyways goodluck on hating hope you get paid for that.

      @@nathanjuan6042 so you mean if you see a couple of people got good reviews on a product it’s means none are having a problem? And you’re assuming I’m a hater? Cmon. Give proof that they have addressed those issues. I have an ROG gaming laptop, their motherboard have a design flaw. I experienced 1st hand their bad RMA and I’m not alone with this.
      Bad company practices exists because of individuals like you who disregards consumers rights and experience.
