the train at 4:02 sound different than other baby bullets
Yeah a few bombardier sets have a messed up horn, meaning bad air reservoir or bad horn. But that's my guess.

Why doesn't CalTrain go to Oakland?
Caltrain goes to Oakland once a year the day before thanksgiving, caltrain leases Amtrak a gallery set.
The last time they did that was back on 2012-11-21
