Its hard to believe that this coaster debuted in 1996. They were making more exciting similar coasters way back in the seventies. That's why they faced to train backwards to up the thrills. I still appreciate this rare footage.
It's like they reversed the train on an old-school Arrow Corkscrew. I'm not sure why Vekoma was making something so basic into the 90s, but we're lucky to have it on recording here!

Abandoned for 16 years now since hurricane Katrina 🌀💔 but rented out to various movie productions for a filiming location. This 6 flags was under seven feet of water when hit by hurricane Katrina.
Deemed Abandoned because the cost

ive never been to six flags any location wish i had gotten to visit it before the hurricane. i have however been to kings island in ohio multiple times and i couldnt help but notice the jester seems like a slightly smaller track version of the vortex except it just goes backwards, sadly the vortex is now gone

Okaa-san thought this ride was very rough and jerked you around. I didn't feel that yet as I was still somewhat of a GP, but I gotta admit: if this were still around today, it'd crush my spine.

i was only there for a couple of hours that day.i arrived at the park around 9am monday june 16th 2003 & left around 1 or 2 pm that day.these are all the videos that i managed to take during the couple of hours that i was there that day.

That was The Joker's Revenge. This faced forward IIRC.
Novelty, I guess. Without that quirk, this is pretty much just an Arrow Corkscrew.
The park opened in 2000 as Jazzland. In 2002, Six Flags purchased the park's lease and renamed it the following year. After Hurricane Katrina inundated the park, the park was permanently closed.
