I think the government should have a little version of its own brand that can fund the government instead of taxing us. Like a government Walmart. It's manic depression. One second, you're fine, the other you're sad and then you're fine again.. and so on.
The DSM IV changed it to bipolar disorder and as someone with bipolar disorder with psychotic features, you’re not “fine” when manic.
