- I made a full instruction manual witch you can download for free on my website www.mennolabee.com If you dicide to make one of my boards i highly remcommend to read the full manual before you start building.
I got plans for a 6ft and a nosless board. Feel free to ask any questions.

Merry christmas to everyone! This project did last a little longer than i expected. Writing the whole instructions in both Dutch and English took me a lot of time. How many fingers can you live without? Use a push stick and other guides - otherwise great work!

Hey man. Great video and what a beautiful board. I love the design and the fabric on the bottom is inspired. Yours is the best video I have seen. I want to build a surf SUP (paddle board). I am thinking I I double the dimensions of your kite board it should be just about the perfect size. Keep up the great work. 👍
Thank You! No idea how big a sub needs to be but if you scale this one to a bigger one it might work. Make sure you double check with sub boards. +point is wooden boards will float better.

Your plans are great. Just got done cutting out the stringer, ribs and form for my board. Mines will be a quad with diamond swallow tail

I would have liked to seen the plan and profiles used to make each section of the board: finbox, rockers and general shape.

Awesome work, congrats! I was wondering if it's really necessary to laminate it? I would love to see a 100% wood one. Despite the incredible aesthetics of your wood board, for technical and environmental reasons if I was going to laminate it all I think I would go for a standard EPS foam core
Thank you! Well, i know a guy on youtube Who makes 100% wooden boards for normal surfing it is possible with red sedar wood wich is stronger then poulownia. For kiting you need a very strong board. Impacts are very heavy.
